We really appreciate Scott Fraser's professionalism. My husband dislocated his arm and visited the ER without insurance. We faced a huge medical bill, which frustrated us. We found him online. After emailed him, he replied quickly to schedule a phone call. Through the phone, he made a quick analysis and gave very detailed suggestion, as well as an action plan. We felt that he is a person we can trust, so we started our journey. It is not easy to negotiate with the big medical group. But Scott shows his professional attitude and unbelievable patience through this process. He spent many times through the phone to find the right person to speak with. He also saved our time by sending a detailed list of documents he needs. So we can work on that and provide on time. Because of him, we save a lot of time and energy. More importantly, he worked things out. His hardworking helped us to waive a large amount of medical bill. We really appreciate it. As non-native speakers, we are happy to have Scott. He is an honest person who we can trust. He is also a smart person who makes good things happen. We strongly recommend that if you face an unpleasant medical situation, talk with Scott. Scott Fraser has helped me immensely. After a 5 day emergency stay at an out of state hospital I was unfairly balance billed for almost $20,000. I spent a frustrating 13 months trying to work out the non-communication between insurance and the billing office over the phone. Finally, I knew I had to either pay this debt for years or find someone who knows how to work with the people in this industry.
After searching and calling different advocates I discovered Scott. He immediately made me feel at ease with his honest, professional and caring approach.
