The office staff is disgusting, unprofessional, rude and fails to provide any patient care. Dr Ajay Bisht has been my doctor for years and is amazing but his support staff is horrible and the office manager is ATROCIOUS. She has yelled at me and hung up on me. This office has really changed and is more like a meat market than a doctors office. Today my request to speak with Dr Bisht was refused and I was told I would not be allowed to speak with him. On several occasions I have sat in that office and heard the staff loudly discussing other patients, they are embarrassing.
THIS IS NOT HEALTHCARE, THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. ITS ABOUT MONEY, NOT CARE!

I have turned in 3 prescriptions to be filled 2 separate times 3 weeks ago the first time. I still do not have my prescriptions. I also was given a referral for bloodwork that my health cared does not accept. It delayed my next appointment to the last of November from the first of October. Jacqueline huraj.

I was seen promptly for my 1 o'clock appointment . Doctor Bisht and his staff were great in checking vitals, renewing my Rx, reviewing my general health and any concerns. Orders for upcoming tests and next appointment were handled with care.
This was my second visit with Dr. Bisht after having had a long time relationship with my former doctor. I am happy with the practice and my "new" doctor.
