My daughter was having a mental episode, being very aggressive, destructive, throwing things, so I called. They answered, I tried to explain, she cut me off, said they were on a call, and would call me back asap. It's been almost 3 hours. I've had to call ECSO instead. Just go ahead and get help elsewhere.
