I have tried to make an appointment for 4 days straight. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes each time, that's when they disconnect the call. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!! It's is incredibly clear you are just a number to them. No "Professionals" actually work here. ITS A SCAM THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

The hold times are absurd. Evey time ive had to call over the past year, I've never gotten through in less than half an hour and the whole time i have to listen to "Your call is VERY important to us. Please hold while your call is answered in the order it was recieved" played over 500 times. Ive been on the phone for over an hour just trying to schedule. Thats a 3 minute phone call. I have severe anxiety and dealing with this alone is detrimental to my state of mind. It ruins my whole day and makes me put off calling for days, affecting my appointments and treatment. Sometimes I cant even make myself get through it and I hang up and showing up in person with my condition is out of the question. You treat people with social aversion, emotional instability, and other things and yet subject them to what is basically torture. Thats beside the fact that ive had doctors not even answer my zoom calls after waiting for over an hour, i have to keep coming in to fill out paperwork just to do zoom like you dont already have 40 copies of my signature, and the doctors themselves keep leaving if theyre not even back scheduled 2 months in advanced. The treatment being free for me is the only reason I go here because this facility is seriously understaffed and has several major oversights.

Yesterday I had a 10 am appointment, I called and let them know I was outside the building but having a hard time finding the right location, it was my first time in the new building since they moved - I had to call 4 separate times to get the right directions, it was pouring rain with my 3 year old in hand, both of us soaking wet, please keep in mind I called as I was outside to ask for help, and when I finally made it inside they told me to reschedule.
Meanwhile it’s fine for us to wait 15+ minutes to go see the doctor upon arrival but I got no grace.
This place is supposed to help people and instead I was turned away- even as I was on the phone with them trying to get to the correct location.

Case workers won't return calls, I left messages 17 days in a row. Do to Dr Jessica Swanson forgetting to turn in my meds after Dr visit. So I had to go days without my medication. If you have insurance other then Medicaid/ Humana go somewhere else. The make case worker I have is the worthless

This place is incredibly useless. I went a few weeks ago and was told that I would be able to reach out to my case manager any time that I need a refill on my prescription. I reached out to Jinah, she was kind and let me know I had a new case manager Rally. I have called this person multiple times and have gotten no response. Left a voice mail and no call back. I have now been off my meds for a few days because I have been calling and no one will help me. I tried again today and I called the front desk and they immediately transferred me to her voicemail, without even speaking to me. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and I didn’t appreciate her attitude when I was simply trying to get the medication I need. I will not be going back to this establishment. Not to mentioned I rescheduled an appt with Sarah Skinner via tele health and was given a phone number that didn’t connect. Absolutely abysmal, I hope no one who actually has a serious mental health concern comes here.

If you have psychological problems and are looking to get on medication, along with struggling financially. They will rob you of every penny they can. Until you realize they don't want to help you. They just want you to pay. So they can say they can't help you until they get your records. Then get you to reschedule. I went over a week before my appointment to sign the release forms. So they could get my records. Came back for my appointment for them to charge me for the visit and say they need my records. I said I already signed for them. They said there were 2 places with the company name. They wanted to make sure which one it was. Yet they were in different towns, and I gave them the address to the ONE I WENT. So it should be obvious the address I gave would be the one I meant. When really someone was lazy and didn't send for it. So that money was wasted. I came back today. 4 weeks later. Since I was informed it should only take a week max to get the records. Lucky me they still didn't have them. On top of that Ms. Stephanie that I saw. Didn't even remember me, what I was there for, or if she prescribed me anything. <( She is perfect for your self-esteem. Honestly she should get a different trade.) So she didn't talk to me about anything. Just took me to the case manager. (Probably so I wouldn't get pissed at her for stealing my money. She put me on him.) So he could inform me. That they still didn't have my records. I went for nothing. Yet they get to keep my money yet again. Considering I am trying to get medicine to help me function. So I wouldn't be struggling as much and can get stuff done. Along with being social, because all I do is isolate. While mind won't shut off. Since I am broke, stressed, scatterbrained, forgetful, and overwhelmed to the point I don't wanna do ANYTHING. They decided this is the perfect opportunity to steal my money. Then tell me, well you want your medicine. You just have to keep coming til we get your records. That this is just the steps it takes. Records don't just come regularly. Yet I was told a week at max. So in other words, we don't care if you eat. Just give us your money. Then when we decide that you have suffered enough. We might decide to help you. So if you are low on money with psychological problems. I wouldn't recommend going here. In the end, they will leave you broke at the door. They aren't trying to help people. They are robbing them and hoping that once you're broke and screwed up to the point you can't be fixed. That you do something stupid or just don't come back. Cause like I said, what good are you to them if you're broke.

Never answers the phone, im always put on hold for twenty to thirty minutes and then hung up on. They cancelled my appointment with a psychiatrist an hour before the appointment, just calling me and saying she wouldn’t be in. I’m now out of meds and can’t even get a hold of the office to fix it. Genuinely abysmal service, the worst I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t matter if your insurance covers visits, it’s worth it to go somewhere else and have to pay out of pocket, somewhere where they actually care about their patients.
