This clinic is awesome. The front desk are all smiles & very friendly. Ray has hired caring, professional & thorough employees.

I have taken my 90 year old Mom in there a few times when she hasn’t felt well. We were in there maybe an hour each visit & she was very well taken care of.. we would have waited all day in the E.R.
I am so grateful this Clinc is here in Hot Springs & I take comfort in knowing they are here for our family.

Visiting for the weekend (Thursday) and our youngest showed signs of strep. We stopped by right as they opened at 2pm. Doctors got our youngest in within 10 minutes and he tested positive within 2 minutes. A prescription was written and he was out the door all within 30 minutes. Staff and doctors were wonderful and down to earth. Highly recommend if you need a quick check-up!

After being misdiagnosed at another clinic I came here. They listened to my concerns with empathy and understanding. I am always anxious from my past experiences (to the point my blood pressure reads unhealthy) but this is the one place I feel the most comfortable. I know I am going to be taken care of here. They are always quick too.

Don't go here for a broken bone! I injured my foot and it was the closest walk in clinic to. They don't have x-ray machines so they sent me to NPMC for imaging to see if it was broken and gave me a script for a boot and crutches.

I never heard back from them. I had to call them 24 hours later to get my X-ray report and they were even rude over the phone like I had inconvenienced them by calling. I'll not be going back.

*Edit* I'm impressed with the owner's speedy response and will be calling tomorrow to clear this up. I will edit further later!*

Very positive experience. No time wasted! Mr. Ray Ennis was fabulous! He and the sweet receptionist/clinical assistant took great care of us! Ray phoned around for the best medication deal for us, as we are self pay. Highly recommend this clinic.

My husband and I are traveling from Cali, we were in need of a Clinic. We read the reviews online, and like the positive reviews. The Dr. & staff are very professional, Dr. knew exactly what needed to be done. We are very thankful for this clinic, should we be in need of a clinic again, we will most definitely patronizing this place.
