I visited Laguna Urgent Care and saw Dr. Nissanka who is a wonderful physician. I received great care from him and appreciated the Concierge level of care I received. As a physician myself, I appreciate and acknowledge good care when I receive it.
I highly recommend this urgent care as it stands above the ones that are not physician-run.

Each of my family members have had to visit Dr. Nissanka. With each visit the front office staff was very friendly and efficient in getting us seen as quick as possible.

Dr. Nissanka was very thorough with his exams. We did not feel like he was rushing to see other patients, he really took his time with each visit.

We have referred several people and will continue to do so.

I was told the visit would be $70 after they checked my insurance and confirmed my deductible, which I told them upfront. Weeks later, I received a surprise bill for nearly $200 more. When I pushed back, they claimed, *"we don't know your deductible until we bill your insurance"--*even though we had already discussed it and they gave me a price based on it. This feels deliberately misleading. They give you a low quote to get you in the door, then fall back on a technicality to justify a much higher bill later. This isn't a simple mistake--it's a billing tactic. Be warned.

Grateful for quality of care I received from Dr. Nissanka and his staff when I was extremely ill with the flu. Their prompt attention to my health was exemplary and I highly recommend their clinic on Broadway in Laguna Beach.

The team at Laguna Urgent Care are truly amazing. My family and I recently moved to Laguna Beach from Scottsdale AZ, where all the Urgent Cares are some major corporations that have a lack of legitimacy and rarely have a doctor on site.
We have had visit Laguna Urgent Care 3 times so far, once for my 8 yr old son, once for my wife, and then myself.
The entire staff is so polite, you are seen by the nurses and actual Doctors quickly. All very knowledgeable and truly take the time to help. Thank you team Laguna Urgent Care - I’m sure we will see you again just hopefully not too soon 🙂

I was really happy with the care I received at Laguna Urgent Care. Dr. Nissanka and the other doctors are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. They also have great bedside manner. The clinic is the nicest and cleanest I have seen in an urgent care. I was seen for a really bad cough that I had been experiencing for over 2 weeks - I was glad they were able to do a chest x-ray on site. The front desk and other medical staff were kind, caring and quick to get me seen. I am not from the area, but would definitely go back to seek care.
