I have never dealt with a more inept, unorganized office than Laguna Pathology. I would say the total IQ collectively in this office would be a 10, and that is a generous number! I called to update my address three different times and each time I called they still had my old address in their system. The last call I made to update my address the women told me their office would send me an invoice for my remaining balance that was not covered by my insurance. I never received that invoice but did receive one from a collection company. I work hard to keep my credit in good standing and do not appreciate the laziness, uncaring service this office provides.

Billing issue due to office entering an incorrect address. After spotting a COLLECTION on my credit report I called to verify address (which was not my address) and paid over the phone. Office assured me they would correct the collection but NEVER did. After several phone calls I had to send dispute claims to all credit agencies myself. Hope your lab is more efficient with results.
