I am so blessed to have worked with several of the amazing practitioners here over the past few months. Darla has literally changed my viewpoint on massage being truly therapeutic- I feel lighter and much more range of motion in my upper body after having worked with her❤️ Dr. Steve, my new Chiropractor is super knowledgeable, spiritual and gentle in his realignment of you 🙏🏻 And Mia is a fabulous acupuncturist who is no nonsense and will help you release toxins almost immediately! I did facial acupuncture with Jenny and am happy with the results. Jenny did an amazing job and now my face looks refreshed and 5 years younger. I did facial acupuncture treatment twice a month, and people have been noticing a difference in my skin. The treatment helped me to get rid of dark spots and the fine lines. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend Dr. Jenny.

I love this place! The Bemer mat and oxygen room alone are amazing and have helped me heal some significant injuries. Then try some of the massage therapies! I’ll take this form of health treatment any day.. and the owner is a lovely human!!

A friend and what a great place it is!!
If you have health issues this is a place that
Can help! Many healing modalities and the Staff is amazing! You will feel better emotionally and physically when you go there!
I have kidney issues and the biomate and hydrogen therapy are helping! These two add
Oxygen to your blood ( non invasive) which
Makes our cells much healthier!!!

" My understanding of reflexology prior to June 2022 was nil. I met with Darla and she explained to me what I could gain from the treatments. I always have benefited from an open mind and from Chiropractic and Massage therapies but this was different. Darla introduced me to a whole new and different realm of healing and relief. As a former forest firefighter and soccer player, my 64-year-old body aches in many places but Darla's treatment has alleviated much of the discomfort and it keeps getting better. Recently after returning from a camping trip I had to take the heavy equipment to a storage facility. That meant climbing up a set of steep stairs I always dreaded. I did this after one of Darla's treatments. The walk up the stairs with heavy equipment? piece of cake !!! no muscular discomfort at all. I felt that my muscles have been re-set with new springs.
