Appointment and check in is always very easy. But this review is mainly for Mrs. Kim. She's the BEST. She's done my blood work at least 4 times and every time it's barely a prick and done before we can exchange a few sentences. She is so kind and efficient, with the most calming demeanor. If you have had a bad experience with blood work or giving blood, you understand the gratitude. Thank you so much, Mrs. Kim. Given the option, I will not go anywhere but to her.

Outside of the extremely long wait times (I was there at 10am and went back around 12:30) I went and did my 5panel and came out of the restroom, I crossed my arms and Kimberly Johnson said to me "ew you're crossing your arms and didn't wash your hands yet that's disgusting, I dont know what you have going on." I didn't say anything, outside of her very abrupt attitude and distatedul comment she then called me to stand by her, I went by her to stand and the exam table was behind me so I gently leaned on it, only for her to tell me to stop leaning that I don't need to lean. I said I can't wait to review, she said she can't wait either to review me. There was nothing I did to offend her. Very unprofessional, very slow service, very rude commentary. I don't advise that you go to this location.

The staff is very nice. Erica is very good at her job and all-round friendly. I do think this location would benefit from a 3rd person to run the front desk, especially when the other 2 people are caught up dealing with difficult(children) patients that require their full attention.

1st experience was awful but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought it was one lady working. She was extremely rushed. I had an appt and did the check in while waiting in the car, after 30 mins over my appt time I went in and asked due to having to give a urine sample and I had to go. I gave her my order sheets and she stated I checked in wrong. Ms. Kim Johnson(lab tech) stated to me “ you need to know how to read your orders” and placed the order sheet on the desk. I explain to her that I do need lab work and UA. She talked over me when I was attempting to pull my order up. My printer didn’t print one sheet that had my order for a urine sample. When getting my blood drawn. I was talking out load to my self and she took it like I was telling her how to do her job. All I said was “there is a good vein on this side.” Ms.Johnson with a rude tone stated “ I will stick where I am comfortable and I have been doing this for years. I used to be in pediatrics so I will stick where I want.” It was the most painful stick I have experienced and was bruised after. I kept my mouth shut. Next visit was still awful. I waiting over 1.5 hours of my appt because they allow walk in before appts. It appeared if the walk in checked in before your appt time they still were before you. I had to give another urine sample because my was diluted previously. After giving my sample and going to the computer to sign. I picked up the pen before instructed. Ms.Kim Johnson stated “ did I tell you to pick up the pen.” I placed it back down and within seconds she told me I can now pick it up. Next I walked back to door as instructed to wait for her to pour my sample into the container to send it off. She would hold the sample up and say “your sample”. I knew what then next step was going to be so I grabbed for the pen but she snatched it and looked me dead in the eyes and stated “what’s your hurry.” I apologized to her. I waited over an hour and had someone watching my child. I felt like a inconvenience and a child to her. Do not recommend this site.

I was a walk in first thing and Ms. Kim was fast, efficient, and friendly. She did a great job with the blood draw which I have had many issues with in the past with others.
