If you want people who really care to help you when you're not feeling well make an appointment with LA MAJESTY HEALTHCARE NOW! I've worked in the medical field before and I'm also a patient so I know what it's like on both sides. The staff is kind, and the Doctor takes her time with you. She addresses your concerns and follows up with your care. Overall LaMajesty provides quality medical service, and I cant imagine going anywhere else! THANK YOU LADIES!!!

The staff in this office is unlike any you will find in the surrounding area. Denise at the front desk is kind, courteous, and helpful. The medical staff; both Dr. Noel and Jemma Small, the nurse practitioner both spend quality time with you and allow you to ask as many questions as you need before you leave. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your entire family. They will receive phenomenal care from a staff that see you as a person, not a paycheck. I am truly thankful for them.

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PCP!!! Its unprofessionally ran chaos here they are negligent in their duties always, major delays with no follow through & no concern for the urgency of medical referral needs nor is staff educated on how to complete them in system right. I'm tired of being treated this way with no recourse because I'm on Medicare. SO I QUIT GOING HERE AND TRANSFERRED TO ADVENT HEALTH. YOU SHOULD TOO! Poorly run office. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else! To much stress dealing with referrals & authorizations not getting entered/sent to specialists to schedule appts for average of 3 weeks to a month when needing specialist referrals!!!!! I suggest that doctor's daughter, who is the one that enters the authorizations whenever she feels like it, have set hours weekly for the office to do medically necessary urgent referrals and authorizations. Waiting 3 weeks for an authorization violates my patient rights to medical necessary treatment within reasonable time!!! The nurse practitioner is the only doctor that you get to see not Dr Noel. When you do see Dr. Noel he REQUIRES unnecessary x-rays every time you need radiology before you get medically necessary CT/MRI or referral to specialist to do the radiology. Won't give you referrals to any specialist such as spine, doctors, ENT, orthopedic, etc until x-rays done that you don't need cuz specialist will do radiology thus delaying your prompt emergency care for things such as a broken nose, injured knee, neck or spine damage, ETC. You should not have to wait for emergency treatment with specialists like that! THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT from Medicare but Dr.Noel tells you is. Also, you'll wait 30 mins at least for appts. Complaints are never dealt with by Dr Noel, owner, who refuses to discuss complaints with you therefore no accountability & mistakes continually repeatedly happen. Highly recommend that you avoid all these chaotic complications and go somewhere more professional who cares more about your patient rights and receiving emergency medical care in a timely manner.

If I could give 1 star I would. I could never understand how a Doctor could be so incompetent and doesn't have a clue on what she is doing. I also waited a month for an appt with a specialist for it to be a waste of time because not even a referral was given correctly. Jenne Grodier was lost on my appt, i went on Friday and had to wait for her to consult someone else to then call me on Monday to advise she will now prescribed me medication.

this has to be the most unprofessional office I have ever been to . I went multiple times to get get a form filled and It was never fully completed . I informed the coordinator Denise sierra trying to look for a solution and instead I received attitude in exchange was that the form being filled was supposedly an courtesy. and was directed to health department . which is not something they do it is your primary care to fill out this form . At this point I was very frustrated and annoyed. and it turned into a confrontation .On top of it all they broke hippa laws by contacting my school about the incident .
