Finally starting to get to a place where I can live my life peacefully. My case manager James has been instrumental in securing the care that I need and is always on top of things whenever I need help. Very very thankful for La Frontera.

My sister attends this clinic. She always says good things about the staff. She was telling me she had not been feeling herself lately and decided to go in to get help. She was SO thankful for the lady that helped her and got her to calm down. She said she felt like a human being, that this lady talked to her with so much care and no judgment. She felt heard! And I would like to tell you Thank You for being so supportive and understanding with her, telling her that everything was going to be okay.

My husband and I are both patients here and, while the clinic has had its good and bad times, overall we have been very pleased with the groups, case managers and Drs/providers. Big thumbs up to Armida, Tracey P., James, Danny, Chad R., and the ever delightful Raisha at the front desk!

Horrible all across the board. The staff does not know what they're doing. There's no point on making appointments with them because it will just get rescheduled to a day and time that doesn't work for you. The only person who even makes this review worthy of a one star is the lady at the front desk.

Best front desk staff you'll ever meet! I've been with La Frontera since I was a teenager. The psych doctors are not great. The case managers have a potential to be great and 3 out of 15 have been. Most of the time they ignore you making you feel more mental than you are.
You'd be better off managing your own case and that's really sad when you need help.

So far this mountain clinic is pretty good it's awful the staff is respectful so only thing is is there any housing programs or vouchers for La Frontera through La Frontera thank you my name is Oscar
