All the nurses and people that work on front desk are nice and helpful but one doctor Mr Patel sucks.
He took one of my teeth out in a very painful way . he has to cut in 4 pieces and made a mess. he had to stop my cum 2 times from bleeding Cz he messed up big time .
Not professional and not using proper tools to pull out teeth.
Even one time for filling he hurt my cum badly with injection.
All other doctors and nurses were pretty good.
I have token my teeth in other places and in the same place but it was way easier.

2nd weekend with a untreated fractured wrist.

They gave me a referral that isn’t covered by my insurance.it’s now been 2 business days and they’ve still not corrected this error.

So I’ll be sitting around with a fractured wrist for the 2nd weekend, until they can finally get another referral.

They wouldn’t even set a phone appointment to get a referral without my emergency room paperwork. Yet made no effort to request the paperwork until I called 3 times & gave the number for the ER.

So now I’m stuck with no where to go, no appointments, no referrals, just a fractured wrist. Sitting here waiting for Monday & hoping la clinica gets the referral right this time.

AmaZzing staff at La Clinica medical and dental! They have saved my life in so many ways! They are always kind, caring and treat me with courtesy and respect. The Drs, nurses, reception and phone... I would give more stars if I could. I'm not a number, I'm me! I've been a patient for 2 years. Thank you La Clinica for being so unique!

2 weeks to get an appointment. I'm in pain now? Front desk thinks it's ok to ask about your "symptoms" etc as if that is not confidential information shared between patient and doctor...stick to your job of putting in my DOB and address and don't ask things you are not certified to even talk about let alone paid to discuss. Like i want to talk about personal things with ALL THE staff...maybe next time invite janitor and director so I can let them know my symptoms as well. Completely unprofessional. Changing my plan now. Pittsburg health center has student doctors while la clinica has certified doctors but I'll take a student one any day over lack of professionalism and efficiency.

I have always had professional and courteous service here. I loved Dr. O'Meany, Angela, and now Carly. I feel they are very thorough and they make me feel so comfortable and knowledgeable about my health issues.

Poor hospitality and very rude. They make you wait more then an hour to see your doctor, even if you arrive 15-20 mins early, Concord has the same issues. They seem not to care one way or the other with horrible attitudes.

Great front office staff...good doctor's.
And people...PLEASE DONT RANT ABOUT YOUR TOOTH ISSUES. THIS IS NOT A DENTISTS OFFICE. Your giving 1 star...bad reviews and this isnt even the place your talking about...its 2 blocks over. Maybe READ a little more to figure out if it is INFACT the right joint. Im working on getting ur bad reviews deleted.
