Every time… LONG wait or hung up on when I call (hours!) Arrive to a full parking lot gates drawn like they are closed… No one explains why it’s closed… I had to call the office to make sure they were open! I can go to urgent care so much more easily than the hoops jumped through here… Calling back multiple weeks just to get an appointment because their calendar isn’t open yet? Why is it so hard to get care here?

Staff is friendly. For dental appointments it make take a while for them to see you. Their appointments get filled quickly. Plenty of parking. They are now allowing one guest for medical visits. It’s nice because my husband can now join me for prenatal visits.

Thank you for your great customer service. They cancelled my son’s appointment couple of times. Then, when we get there his name was not in the checklist as the reception claimed. So we had to stay outside for 5 minutes in a rainy day. When the nurse or someone came out finally to solve the issue but she again told me to stay outside cause I was with my 2 year old also.They have one child with one parent policy thus my two year old son and I are out in this cold rainy day!!!! Disgusting service! disgusting place!

The services are standard, and the trained medical staff are polite enough. The staff working the front desks and phone lines, however, are unhelpful, impolite and incompetent. I have been on hold for over an hour and counting to register only to be told my information is up to date. I was transferred back to make my appointment and was told "it wasn't me" when I explained what a complete waste of my time this call was. Why wouldn't the first woman look at my file and see that my info is up to date right from the start?! Is this pure laziness or is it simple stupidity? I will be filing a formal complaint. This is only one of many times the incompetent staff has run me in circles. I always feel like the ladies are lazy as all hell, and you can be sure they will have a defensive attitude when you bring up the issue! It's a shame because this clinic is only 15 minutes from my house and could be so convenient! Also - making a dental appointment is next to impossible. I call and they "don't have the new schedule yet" and when they do, it's somehow always full. I am always instructed to call every day in the morning to get a last minute appointment in the event someone happens to cancel. I have a job and life and no time to waste calling in all the time for my basic health services! Pay these people more, update the systems and hire more competent individuals!!!

I’m being forced to go to this clinic per my insurance! I was holding for 30 minutes JUST to be transferred to a different person to be registered as a new patient. After giving this utterly rude and disrespectful person my insurance info she puts me on hold! I was on hold for ANOTHER 5/10 minutes without knowing why I was on hold! Once she finally returned to my call I asked her why I was on hold again she told me it was to verify my insurance. I then told her it was really disrespectful of her to put me on a long hold AGAIN with no expressed reason. She then said, “well I told you I was putting you on hold!”. I then told her she was rude and disrespectful because though she told me she was placing me on hold she gave me no explanation as to why or that it was going to be another wait! I then told her that I was planning on leaving a review online for the poor customer/patient service and her response was, “ I DON’T CARE!” THEN...placed me on HOLD AGAIN!!!

I have NEVER called a clinic, a place where we are supposed to get assistance with both our physical and mental health, and been so disrespected and treated so poorly ever in my life!!! Thank goodness I wasn’t trying to get some mental health care as this person/situation definitely created major mental stress for me!

This person is an extremely bad example of a healthcare personnel! We need people in the healthcare who are actually trying to help the public with in a positive manner!!

To the management of this organization PLEASE LISTEN TO THE PHONE CONVERSATION from this morning that was placed around 8:30am!

How long its going to take for staff to learn the telephone system. It takes no brain to answer the phone timely and efficiently no matter what kind of phone system you have. It should not take more than 5 to 10 minutes wait to get somebody to help you. Call the IRS, INS, FBI, or any of those busy important places and it will take a blink of an eye to get help.

I love Dr. Husni and some of the professional people there but, please step up to the plate and act professional and efficient and provide excellent customer service like any other place in the US.

Even though the great majority of La Clinica patients are Hispanics, please show you left a third world country behind and change!!! You demand service when ever you are in any other establishment, then act your part when doing your job you are getting paid for!!!

TERRIBLE! Once I turned 18 and aged out of children hospitals I was suppose to go here. I was a patient for two years and in two years I had only TWO freaking appointments and in those two appointments I only saw the head nurse. The doctors seemed nice and thorough answering any question I had but the wait just to make an appointment and then see someone is terrible. I have called right when they opened to have an hour and a half of waiting until I finally hung up.

If you’re having serious or life threatening symptoms, don’t count on them to save your life because their inadequate care, lack of seriousness, working at snail speed and leaving on hold for over an hour anytime you call. I’ve been stuck with them for years because of insurance and it’s infuriating the joke our healthcare has become. There was a time I waiting over a month for my prescription inhaler. I’m a severe asthmatic and was suffering from asthmatic bronchitis. Just imagine…

Management- save your “we thrive to provide great healthcare” and to call and leave Management a message response. Why should patients call, leave messages for Management to never call back or do something proactive about it. It’s obvious from the Reviews here that horrible healthcare is common in your facilities and you should do something about it before you have a list of Mal practice suits.
