I made this appointment a month ago and made sure to tell them I had images taken at Marshfield and had records of treatment there. I then called last week and was assured they would have the images. Coming into the appointment, I asked the MA if they had the images from Marshfield. She said they would. Doctor didn’t have the images and no information on my past history.

Throughout the appointment I attempted to explain my pain to her and she didn’t seem to listen at all. When I tried to explain, she ignored me. She then asked if I have been laying in bed for months. No…? Who says that to an adult professional female that clearly isn’t overweight or in poor condition?

And no, I did not ask for or request pain meds, as I don’t take them.

After waiting and driving for this appointment, I was greatly disappointed. They easily could have called me and rescheduled my appointment if they didn’t have images. I drove an hour one way to be treated like I was crazy and there was no source she could find for my pain. At the end, she offered to have me come back again once she had obtained images. Sure, I’ll drive another hour for more of the same. Thanks but no thanks.

Dr. Sahota is awesome. Ive been a patient of hers for a few years now if not longer and she gives me top quality Care and makes me feel safe and cared about which is very important to me. She always knows what to do and what to say and keeps me going. The staff are wonderful and that's including physical therapy. Don't know what I would do without them.
