Expedient! Everything was explained to me in great detail by Georgia,of what I was to experience. She helped me to feel calm and comfortable. Leslie at registration was efficient and professional. She offered me a cold bottle of water. Which I was thankful for. These ladies did a great job. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

I had an MRI of my brain at the Santa Rosa Campus. Sherri checked me in, and made sure all my questions were answered. Georgia did the MRI. She made sure to explain the whole process of what to expect during the test. Both Sherri and Georgia were absolutely wonderful. They made my experience easy. Thank you to both of them.❤️

I was going to have an MRI on my brain. The lady at reception was the most caring, friendly person ever. Then the lady doing the MRI came out and she was very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I couldn’t have asked to have it done at a better place!

I had scheduled a mammogram in March and was left a voice mail a few days before the appointment to reschedule. I called and spoke to a receptionist who rescheduled the appointment for April 16. I called the day before because I am driving 100 miles round trip to have the test at KRMC imaging, but was told they did not have me on the schedule for a mammogram. Very, very disappointed that not only did the test not get rescheduled, but they could not fit me in before I have to leave and go back to Oregon. I will not be having any other imaging done at KRMC and hopefully I can have it done in Oregon, on time and as scheduled.

It was a very satisfying appointment. The receptionist, I believe her name was Leslie was very courteous and informative. No wait time. The MRI nurse, Amanda, definitely knew how to handle a patient being exposed to the noise level you are about to experience. And the appointment was on time, again, no wait time.

From check in to completion of my mammo, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Amber was thorough & quick with my check-in. Janelle, my tech was such a pleasant & kind medical professional through the entire process. She explained every step but most importantly, made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. The facility is clean, well kept and provides excellent service!
