Dr. Sutton is thorough and orders tests appropriately. Her office runs on time as much as any primary care physician's office can and have the patients feel like they are being heard. She is the type of person who became a physician for all the right reasons.

May/15/2023 Google said 7:30 for open time I called in to see about making a appointment and a lady answered she didn’t give me her name I told her why I was calling and that I need a appointment. she was very rude telling me she doesn’t have medical training and she is just the answering service (I never asked her for medical advise was just stating why I was setting my appointment as that is usually necessary) she proceeded to tell me the office doesn’t open until 8:30 I said oh okay put off well google said 7:30 and she said google is always wrong and hung up on me sooo unprofessional and uncalled for.
I’m sure this office itself is great but based off that phone call I’ll bring my hard earned dollars anywhere else! Wanted to leave a review for business owner to know this is a problem.
1- change your hours online
2- why have and pay for a answering service if they are going to be rude to and just hang up on the potential clients.

She does not listen to your problems and she will tell you she is giving you a flu shot when, in fact, she tries to trick you by giving you something she knew you don’t want. I would say that is on the verge malpractice. No doctor has the right to lie to you or try to trick you in to something you don’t want or may harm you.
