Dr. Boateng is the best. She really takes her time with getting to know her patients. I’ve had Doctors in the past that always made me feel rushed so when I finally met her, I felt such at ease. It makes such a difference. She puts in the extra effort to make sure she provides the best care. I’ve never had this much confidence in a doctor before, until I met her. She makes me feel comfortable and safe to be vulnerable. I find it so important to have a doctor who makes you feel heard and seen and now I couldn’t be much happier with the best doctor I’ve had. She truly understands and I’m beyond grateful that I finally found the perfect doctor who truly cares. Thank you Dr. Boateng!! ?

I 100000000 percent agree with the other reviewer who said if she ever left Kaiser it would be like losing the last piece of chocolate in a chocolate box. I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Frimpong. She listens to my sob stories and my crazy hectic life as I try to navigate 4 young kids while physically/mentally having some issues. Every time I see she is out of the office my heart drops for 2 reasons. 1 is because I hate that I have to have any other doctor answering my questions other than her, and 2. I just hope she’s okay. She listens, she cares, she never stops pushing to find answers and she truly is the definition of the BEST doctor, hands down. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help me try to find the answers to my physical issues and for never rushing me or making me feel dumb. I am extremely thankful to have Dr Boateng as my primary doctor. I have changed primary doctor multiple times in the past 5 years and finally have a sense of ease with Dr Boateng. She listens, makes you feel safe, and truly cares. Whether it’s a phone appt or in person I always feel that my concern was taking care of. I had been having issues for over a year and other doctors kept telling me it was nothing. Dr Boateng, kept pushing for me and got the answers I needed. I can’t thank her enough! She is a wonderful and caring doctor.

She's not just a doctor; she's like a superhero with a stethoscope. Honestly, she's so caring and kind, I half expect birds to help her put on her coat every morning. And talk about considerate – she listens to my ramblings as if they're the most interesting thing since sliced bread, nodding along and never rushing me, even when I'm on my third tangent about my cat's new diet.

Her beauty? It's like someone took compassion, mixed it with a dash of grace, and sprinkled it with starlight – both inside and out. I swear, if kindness could be bottled, she'd be the source. Our appointments feel less like a medical exam and more like a cozy chat over tea, minus the cookies. I'd follow her advice even if she told me the secret to good health was eating broccoli for breakfast.

And let me tell you, the thought of her ever leaving Kaiser? Unthinkable. I'd chain myself to the front door in protest, holding a sign that says, "Don't make me find a new favorite doctor – I'm too lazy to search again!" Kaiser, listen up: Whatever you do, keep her happy. Raise her salary, name a building after her, throw in a free parking spot – heck, give her a throne in the lobby. Just make sure she stays. Losing her would be like losing the last piece of chocolate in the box – absolutely devastating.

I am so grateful to have Dr. Frimpong-Boateng as my primary care provider! I've had many Drs in the past but she truly is an all around caring, thoughtful, personal and smart provider. It's hard to find great Drs that really care about you and your health but she absolutely does! I've had email, phone, video and in-person contact with her and no matter which one it is, she always puts in 110%! She goes that extra mile to ensure my needs are being met and I am so thankful I found her!

Dr Boateng is an awesome physician! She is tentative to your needs, and she is concerned as it relates to your health issues. Dr. Boateng makes you feel comfortable and she shows you she truly cares about your wellbeing. Kaiser needs more doctor like her!

Unfortunately, I have never been able to meet this doctor, although she has been my primary for almost 4 years. I decided I must have a caregiver that will meet me face to face !
So after all that time, having to see alternate doctors, I have been very lucky to find one that's exactly what I hoped for!
