Everyone from reception to Dr Kratz himself is super nice and helpful. Had absolutely no wait to be seen which is rare. Didn't feel rushed, the office has modern technology, and I felt like they actually care about my kids. Had a great experience.

Great doctor, wounder staff. Parking is a little hard and feels a little awkward as an adult walking into a pediatric surgery center but 10/10 to Kratz and his staff! Also they are LGBTQ+ friendly so please please please don't suffer with your asthma or heath. They are safe for everyone!

Dr. Kratz and his staff have been amazing during our journey with our daughter. She has an immune deficiency and prior to meeting Dr. Kratz we were at a loss for what to do. We are so thankful for the care plan he has set up and know that she is in good hands with him and all staff at the office. Thank you will never be enough for the care we receive.

I recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Kratz is the most thorough physician that I have ever met. He is an expert and is always available to answer questions. His staff is always on top of things. I have never had to wait long in the office, and appointments are always easy to get.

Staff and is great and wait time is usually not bad at all. Started getting allergy shots about a year ago and I've noticed a huge difference. Dr. Kratz is great, but I always see Nick when I go in for my appointments and he is very friendly and knowledgeable

I recently took my 2 year old to see Dr. Kratz and Nick (NP). I explained that he had a consistent cough that would not go away. Instead of playing guessing games they recommended blood work to figure out the main cause. He was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and put on the appropriate medication to treat the underlying issues. I’m happy to say he is cough free and the care he received was fantastic. Nick called regularly to check on him and followed up on a weekly basis until he was better. I’ve taken both of my sons to see this group and I highly recommend to anyone in need of an allergist in the Odessa/ Port Richey area! Great nurses and staff as well. You will not be disappointed.
