Very rude doctor. I honestly do not understand how this lady has a 4.3 rating. I had been seeing a doctor for years who just now retired. Dr. Kosches was suppose to take all of his patients when he retired. They set up my initial appointment which $275 cash. The night before the appointment, I had to cancel do to a car accident I had. When I called to set up an appointment again, she would not see me.

Needless to say, I am now without a doctor, on a scheduled drug with one month left, and I am scrounging to at least get my patient files from her.

Very, Very, Very rude. If you want dependability, reliability, and a guarantee that she will be there for you, this doctor is not for you.

I highly recommend Dr. Kosches when it comes to providing her clients with the best care, compassion, professionalism, and knowledge especially when it comes to medication management. Dr. Kosches always places the needs of her clients first and is very accommodating. She is always willing to collaborate with mental health professionals. I have collaborated with her professionally for a few years now and highly regard the psychiatric services she provides.

I have been seeing dr. Kosches for 20 years. She took time with me at the most difficult time in my life and has been there for me ever since. She got my medication right, got me back on track and on with my life. I can't imagine seeing anyone else. The staff at the front are kind, professional and accommodating. Just the best!!!!! Though she definitely helped me, my family has said they've had problems here before, and though they each have 3 completely separate diagnoses they were prescribed the same medications. My personal experiences are good, however. I have nothing bad to say about the way she talked to me, though each meeting was around 10 minutes.

Rude and no bedside tact. Canceled my sister as a patient after my sister already mentioned being suicidal on her last visit, leaving her in a lurch with no medication,and of course you can't find another slot immediately with a different doctor. This has been a nightmare for our family.
Before you make an appointment with this doctor, Make sure that any non-foreseeable traffic accidents DO NOT occur on your way to an appointment, lest you be a minute late and get refused care. This has to be some sort of violation.

I can tell you this office wasted so much of my time. I spent an hour on the phone with a staff member asking me all these questions . Honestly I felt like I was going on a job interview ..I gave her all my insurance information we chatted some more. She left a message that I got approved and to make an appointment for Friday. Then she left a second message saying I'm sorry friday's taken please call back in the morning so you can make your appointment as soon as possible.. I call to make theappointment the following morning and the operator says" I'm sorry but this doctor isn't taking any new patients."
I wasted my time and was happy to find a doctor...I would never suggest this doctor because I feel she picks and chooses her patients, and doesn't care about others

This is the worse doctor i have ever seen.She has no bedside manners, no tact.
She's very rude and she really did not understand my diagnosos of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.This doctor is so bad she should not even be practising.She is in this profession for the money.There are very great doctor out there.Do not waste your time with this one.
When i asked her for my charts, and i went through them everything in them was wrong.Like she must have not been paying attention while i talked to her.
Just the worse doc experience i have ever had.Insulting, rude, misdiagnosed me, ignorant about the diagnosis other very good docs have given me, bitter, control freak (seem like it, like she has control issues) just horrible.On a whim she also left me without the med i was on for 16 years.Which anyone that knows anything about psychiatry knows can be dangerous to suddenly stop a med like that.
She should have her lic taken away.Quack.
