Wow, sorry to see these bad reviews...I got in rather quickly. I did call and spoke with a nice man who told me to call when I got there. At first I was sus due to being unfamilar with the neighborhood and bars on door, etc. Then the man answered the door and I got what I needed. He is the owner and is a senior and may move a little slow but I had patience and got exactly what I needed. I was actually impressed with all of the stuff he had there and told him I hoped to never need any of it but that I was glad to know where he was. He's very old school--asked me for my 'papers' (my Rx), which I gave him. He said no worries if I didn't have it but wanted a copy for his records. He made a copy and I was on my way. I just referred my husband to him.

My PCP asked me to call there for a cam walker boot that has been already authorized and that I need urgently. Firstly, I called and left 2 msg. Someone called me back and I am waiting on a confirmation that the boot was sent. Recently called and the inbox is full. Couldn’t leave a msg.

Called two hours before closing to buy supplies urgently needed. Called and got confirmation they had it in stock just to get there and find the place closed with all signs saying open not to mention the place wreak of weed. Nope!

Says it opens at 9am, I was there at 9:15 and no one came to open the door with the open sign displayed in window and on door. Waited 15 mins and even called the number but no answer.
