dr fenton is good but I have absolutely no trust in this office........her office staff sucks. they cancelled my appointment without telling me, never told me about an infection i had, rude, irresponsible. lady who takes blood is great.....but the rest of them should be ashamed of themselves....disgusted,....stay away from here at all cost

My experience with Dr. Kira B. Fenton at Prestige Physicians was highly unsatisfactory and concerning. As a recent kidney transplant recipient seeking treatment due to complications from immunosuppressant medication. I paid out of pocket for the prescribed medication and initial visit. However, I received no instructions upon picking up the medication (provided in a ziploc bag), leading to confusion and injury due to improper administration with a syringe.

The lack of proper guidance and accountability from Dr. Fenton and her staff left me deeply disappointed with trust dissolved. Proper training should have been provided at the time this medication was released to me by trained medical staff. Not over the phone or with gesturing motions from front desk staff when I last visited this office for help. Especially considering the complexity of the medication and tools they offer.

Dr. Fenton is aware of this situation and has not reached out to me directly. Only through the front desk receptionist that stated that I would need to purchase another round of medication for an additional $250 to continue the treatment plan with the doctor. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. This incident has been reported in detail to the proper health authorities.

My experiences with Dr. Fenton have far exceeded my expectations. The new office is beautiful and her staff is professional and friendly. I was recently there for both Micro Needling and Warm Sculpture treatments. I can honestly say that I’ve already seen great results and my skin has never felt smoother and looked this rejuvenated. Dr. Fenton was patient, thorough and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fenton!

Have seen Dr. Fenton maybe 3 times over last year. Mostly I have rec'd no positive response regarding health concerns, just excuses and delays, no treatment, just "wait for tests". Add to that a deteriorating and dysfunctional office environment (one person in particular who is always short and confrontational on the phone). I don't need more drama and posturing. Dumping this practice.
