Urine specimen taken 12/14/24. Office called today 1/10/24 to say the got results and see if got antibiotics.
She said Doctors were out for 3 weeks. Wow! Won't go back there. Very poor service. Doctors are contracted from out of state and don't stay long enough to do surgery. A different doctor did surgery.

Even though this clinic was not able to help me with my particular needs, they were very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing me toward finding the specific care I needed. Meanwhile, Robert, the clinic supervisor, went the extra mile for me, which I really appreciate.

Currently, this clinic may have difficulties with the availability of Providers through no fault of their own, but they really try to make up for it by listening, caring, and doing their best.

The Doctors and Staff are well worth the wait. We make the 2 hour round trip from Lake Havasu with pleasure. Robert is able to accomplish more than anyone else could. Thanks a Bunch.

I called to make my appointment from my referral letter. The man who answered said Yeah… instead of hello! My first red flag. Then I was told they aren’t taking new patients even though I received a new patient packet from them to fill out and call for appointment!
Next!….

Good luck getting past the girl that answers the phone. She will not fax, email, or even mail you the new patient packet. She makes you physically come into the office to pick up the packet before she will book the appointment. Then she will proceed to let you know multiple times that they are booked out for months. She does everything in her power to discourage you from making the appointment and she does it with glee.

After being rescheduled 3 times, i spoke with “Robert-Clinic Supervisor” who validates the poor customer service of the receptionist and schedulers with excuses. This place is a waste of time and delayed my much needed Urology care several months. If you are a Veteran using the community care program, they will reschedule you multiple times until the authorization runs out causing you to start over with the process. They basically dont want to see patients and by rescheduling you multiple times, you give up and go elsewhere. Go to Vegas for better care.

Kingman Urology has gone downhill rapidly since moving out of the hospital. They have no problem canceling your appointment and when the next appointment date nears they may cancel you again. The doctors and staff are constantly changing. Don’t get used to the Doctor, chances are he won’t be there on your next visit. While in the waiting room on my last visit of July 19, 2022 there was myself and two Hispanic ladies in the waiting room. The girl came in from the reception room and called for “Donna”, my name is Dana, she looked at the two Hispanics and obviously had her mind made up that Dana or “Donna” as she called it is a woman. I attempted to correct her by saying are you looking for Dana, she would not even acknowledge me because she was looking for a woman. She walked back in the room and closed the door. I sat there another 15 minutes before I heard her and the other two women in the reception area right in my view with their window closed but might as well have been open as you could clearly hear right through it. Finally the girl said to somebody in there something about me not being there and the one woman looked out and said that’s him out there a “male”, the other one which had come into the room and ask for “Donna” started laughing and giggling and saying well that’s a girls name and making fun of my name pointing out to me like a little child, very childish, she and the other two in that room should have been fired on the spot. This naturally made me a little angry. and I told her when she came back out she says I called for you and I said no you didn’t you called for “Donna” I tried to say are you sure you’re not looking for Dana and you wouldn’t even acknowledge me, you walked right back in and closed the door. I said now if you could read you would have ask for Dana. She said I can read very well. I said not if you can’t even pronounce Dana. This put me in their little penalty box, they were going to show me not to say anything to them. That’s when I decided I have had enough of this place. This used to be a pleasant professional medical office but clearly something changed since they moved out of the hospital. They can’t seem to keep doctors or staff. Making fun of someone’s name especially when the patient can hear and see you is inexcusable. For their information there are as many men named Dana as women. Making fun of someone’s name in doctors office or any other office is totally inexcusable.

It may take some time to get in the door. The staff is good and the doctor are great. Worked with me to make sure I understood what was happening and got me into surgery quickly
