I was hopeful that they could help my 8 year daughter old with her anxiety and teach her coping skills.She saw a therapist for about 2 months. I had to cancel two sessions in a row due to a school event and an emergency room visit. The therapist reached out to make sure she could come the following week and we agreed, then due to her having to go out of state she canceled and never showed up the week after that.(Then I received a call from Monica saying she no longer worked for the agency) a week later I received a notice saying they were discontinuing services because WE missed multiple sessions. When I called to speak to the office manager about this I was transferred to Monica instead, who was so rude and would barely let me speak when I was trying to explain why my daughter hadn't seen a therapist for multiple sessions. I told her we would like to start services back up in December virtually and she said someone would call us. I could tell by her passive aggressiveness that was probably a lie. Needless to say, I never heard back.

My 8 year old granddaughter was having anxiety and OCD issues that held her back from enjoying things that should have brought her joy. I reached out to Kinder Konsulting and was quickly assigned a therapist. We were blessed that Carl Thierney was that therapist. At first he worked with her through her school. After the school was flooded and she was bussed to a high school for the remainder of the year he came to our home. He has made a difference in her life. If a child in your life is having mental health issues I highly recommend Kinder. Don't hesitate to reach out
