I’m so disappointed in this place. Multiple medical issues were completely missed in my baby. Hip dysplasia, torticollis, developmental delays. Didn’t find out til I went to another location of theirs just for her to be seen for a completely separate issue when they didn’t have soon enough availability at Spring Hill location. They immediately found her hip dysplasia and her hip was dislocated. No one ever checked her hips for the 4 months prior to that! This is my first child and I had no idea. Also complete lack of information, only get answers if you ask the right questions. I have to find out things from other moms who’s Drs tell them what things to start at certain ages. Today was just the cherry on top for me, I go in and her apt is at 1:50 just to get vaccines. 30 mins go by (not a huge deal) but there’s no AC in the waiting room, baby is getting fussy and tired, so I was just going to ask how much longer it might be and see if it would be better to reschedule. But one of the employees (possibly an IT guy, I’m not really sure what his role is) is walking all around the office YELLING aggressively on the phone about an issue he was trying to resolve. Their system was down so I’m assuming it was that. He goes back behind the desk and starts yelling at the receptionists and going off on them. The lady calmly said “I don’t appreciate you yelling at me and talking to me like that” or something along those lines and he continues to just keep yelling! It is so unprofessional and inappropriate to be YELLING AND ARGUING infront children and babies at a pediatricians office!! I’m done with this place. The receptionist was so nice and kept apologizing and looked so stressed. This office needs to get it together.

I honestly feel bad putting this star. It's the first time in 2 and a half years that I've been visiting this office. They called me about an insurance problem with my children. The person who called me was extremely rude to me and didn't want me to raise my voice, speaking to me in a bad way. I had to call the Hudson office to get it resolved. Dr. Ramos is wonderful. But the office staff is extremely rude. What a liar.

The doctors, nurses and personal are great. The waiting room and the evaluation rooms needs more cleaning. The walls close to the stretcher are dirty, the floor and the doors looks dirty. Spring Hill office.

We've been patients here for more than 10yrs. We used to love our doctors office. Since Jenny was pulled from the Spring Hill location it has been unbearable to deal with. I love Dr Ramos, she's an amazing doctor, listens and cares. But the staff! Omg what is wrong with the girls you're hiring? They don't listen, they're rude, they have no patience for kids with delays or disabilities, they fake numbers in my son's chart because they can't be bothered to give me a second to talk him through what's happening, my son was also recently there for an rsv swab.. The ma swabbed the outside of his nose! Sent us home and said he had a cold, his fever went two 104 that night and had to go to the ER. You need Jenny back in Spring Hill or honestly, we're leaving because this is a joke.

Last week I made an appointment for this morning only to show up and be turned away due to not having appointment. There was zero effort to look or ask any information, absolutely ridiculous. They immediately flipped it on me as being my fault that their system messed up, we were turned away instead of trying to fix the problem. If I could give no stars I would.

I been using this clinic for 3 months,and every time that I got an appointment (around 11 times)
They always see my son out of the schedule time (example:appointment at 10:00am they see him at 11:00am)(schedule for vaccine 3 times and they don’t call to cancel )so 3 times that I went to the clinic for nothing,so 1 day that I was 20 minutes late they cancel my appointment.it doesn’t seem right to me,good luck for everybody

It is very upsetting that I have to change my child's doctor who she's been with since birth, but never in a million years would I think this office would drop the ball as many times as they have for my daughter in the past few months. Between the new staff they hired not being able to complete simple task like scheduling appointments correctly, to the lack of care on her medical records. My daughter who is only 2 years old had to suffer with a UTI for well over 2 weeks and I had to fight tooth and nail to even get medication prescribed to her for a POSTIVE result that only came in DAYS AFTER the initial testing was done. Should I also mention that this testing was pushed back because of a scheduling mess up from reception so it took from Thursday to TUESDAY to have them call me and say she was positive. This was only one of the many back and forth I have had with this office. There are some staff there that I still know and love like Jasmine in reception, but unfortunately the overall office is at a terrible lack of communication and care for a child's needs. Sad to give one star, hoping the office can pull it together for their current patients.

Quite frankly disgusted with the lack of professionalism with some of the staff here. We started at birth with my daughter, and everything has been okay for the first year and a half or so. It's been getting worse lately, and the last straw was how they handled my daughters most recent issue. Tried to get an appointment set up starting Tuesday for a UTI, for which she showed strong signs of, and had to wait until Thursday as they repeatedly messed up appointments we had scheduled. When we pushed for some kind of antibiotic, they tried prescribing something TWICE that we'd made clear my wife's family has a strong history of severe allergic reaction to. After a few more days, they finally got back to us and said the test confirmed she had a UTI, and that what we had been prescribed would not help. WHY WAS SHE PRESCRIBED IT THEN?
This office used to be great, and there are still some fantastic individuals there, but the ones actually in charge of appointments and prescribing medicine clearly either do not know what they are doing, or do not care.
