After months of trying to get in. We did switch insurance so that added a month to the process. Britany who we were dealing left and everything was circus. No one called with follows ups any more. No one could give us straight answers. Spoke to a female staff and they lied and said it was insurance and we have a high deductible, which is not true.it sounded like bs and she just didn’t know what to say. then got another call from Austin letting us know that they have no staff to accommodate my son and we should look for another company. I would not recommend

My son was receiving ABA therapy from this agency. Every a month or two they were unable to receive licensing and would stop his ABA therapy. Eventually they just transferred us to a different agency because they just stopped accepting our insurance. Very disappointing I would not recommend this agency to anyone. We had more negative experience than positive. Shanice and Shunda are amazing.

I thought this place was going to be great for my son, but the lack of communication and brushing me off when I have been trying to reach out to them is ridiculous. I tried contacting Stephanie in regards to a text message she sent me a few days ago and instead of responding to me in regards to the paperwork we ahve been discussing she sends me a simple message that said contact the office when she has been with from the beginning. I am in desperate need of help for my son and I just keep getting left with no answers

Kid Centered therapy is phenomenal! Starting with Siri, the owner, who welcomes you and is always on top of everything communicating with parents and staff all the time. She truly cares for the well-being of the clients and will go above and beyond to make sure clients are making improvements. Siri will always make it a point to be in constant communication with staff and asking their thoughts on company protocol and changes. She has truly created a wonderful, constructive, and positive work environment. The staff cares so deeply and passionately about the families they work with. They are always available and helpful. Very knowledge staff.
