I had an amazing time at Keys to Wellness Zumba class! The energy was contagious from the start, and the instructor Danielle did a fantastic job keeping everyone motivated and engaged. The music selection was upbeat and fun, making it easy to get lost in the rhythm. I loved how the moves were broken down so I could follow along, even though I’m a beginner. By the end of the class, I felt like I’d had a great workout and had so much fun at the same time. I can’t wait for the next class—definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout!

Best Zumba class!!! The class is wonderful. Everyone is so motivated and positive. Danielle, the instructor has great energy and always makes you feel great! I plan my week around her classes. Absolutely amazing!

10/10 recommend! I was in Key Largo for an extended stay and looking for a gym or group exercise classes to join. Keys to Wellness fit exactly what I was looking for in terms of class time, variety of class, location and pricing. Danielle was so friendly and accommodating - she was able to modify the workouts to accommodate my shoulder injury. Everyone went out of their way to welcome me. Very positive environment.

Danielle irradiates so much positive energy! She will support you emotionally and physically. Also, very nice people attend the events. I highly recommend this gym if you are considering a life improvement. She'll get you covered! Lots of exercise options are available.

Danielle (our amazing coach) consistently goes beyond to help us meet our goals. She keeps us accountable, makes our group feel like a family. She truly cares about each of us and keeps us enjoying our journey versus just getting it done. Best decision I’ve made. I am getting stronger, healthier, motivated and flexible. Love classes here.You can always find a class that you enjoy it's not just Zumba there is a variety of classes.She helps you if you have any problems to modify as well.I wouls highly recommend trying all the classes to find what you like the best.

I want to take time to thank Keys to Wellness Group for the great training sessions provided . Both, Danielle’s and Caitlin’s expertise and knowledge are invaluable helping me as well as others understand and apply what we learn. Their enthusiasm and positive attitude make the experience enjoyable. The ladies who attend class are also amazing and make you feel part of the family as soon as you walk in . Great place!!!
