The worst. I keep getting emails from Athena Health for this business. I am not a patient. There is NO unsubscribe link, I called the number and no one answers, sat on hold for over 30 mins. I called Athena Health. They say I have to contact the business, of course, no one answers. I called a number that I saw in the reviews for an administrator at lower keys medical center. All I get is VM's and no call back? How do I get off this thing? I do not go to the Big Pine doctor, I owe no money, I just want to get these emails stopped. Next step is the State. I guess that I'll have to spend hours doing that. PLEASE STOP OR PROVIDE A METHOD TO UNSUBSCRIBE.
I tried (305)294-5531 twice. Both VM, no call back.

It takes months to get an appointment. No information about how much the appointment will be. We need universal health care in US, this system is not working for the people!

Took 3+ weeks to get an appointment. After waiting more than 30 minutes after my appointment time I was still not seen. I had another appointment in Key West that was 2 hours after my scheduled time I had to make. When asked if I could get through in time for my other appointment I was told I had to choose and/or reschedule in 3+ more weeks. This appointment was fora serious condition and wasn't taken seriously. This was extremely unprofessional and no care or respect was given to my time or concerns. Time for a new doctor.

I was so impressed with this clinic. We were just here visiting and I needed to get my son in due to a fever. They quickly got us in and could have not been more friendly, from the ladies at the front, to the nurse, to the doctor. I also appreciate that the doctor took time with us and explained everything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Also they do blood work BEFORE you go so you can actually discuss results. Appointments on time and no billing errors !

Keys Medical Group has chosen some stellar physicians! Dr. Pascuale’s office has gone through many changes but has managed to continue to serve the community In person and online throughout the pandemic. He pays attention to detail, and takes his time to break down terminologies that can sometimes confuse the average adult. I can’t thank him enough for all the work he continues to do for my family, especially in the area of aging adult care. Kudos to you and the team!
