Well they don't stay open until 4pm. Just got here at 3pm and they turned the sign on me. I said I called and you said you were open until 4pm. She just said no and closed the blinds. Incredible. Just moved to Key West last week so won't be using them.

If you are a veteran beware! The women at front desk are nasty individuals who make unnecessary side comments, and get angry at you for not having health insurance. They appear to hate their job and lack people skills . If you don't care about taking care of people don't become a nurse or work in health care🤡.

I was so grateful to find Dr Brian Wagstaff while on vacation. Been recovering from a recent Covid bout and felt I was not getting better. I walked in , reception pleasant and saw the physician in a very short time. He spent time listening and reviewing my symptoms. Thorough exam and treated my symptoms. Ordered a chest X-ray and sent me to a convenient clinic to get it. His Nurse followed up later on all results. Rx called in without issue. So grateful to know he is available any time I visit Key West which is a couple of times a year. Having retired from medical care it was a pleasant experience with a quality physician .

I endured the pain of bursitis in my hip for weeks before finally giving up and visiting this place. Wish I had done it sooner! I got immediate, caring, and professional help from Dr Odell, a very talented nurse practitioner. This problem has plagued me for a long time but I never was able to get such a comprehensive medical review and course of treatment. I’m almost pain free only hours later!

I’m gonna give this place 5 stars because the nurses and Dr. Wagstaff were great and very considerate.
HOWEVER that big girl at the front gots ta go. She’s rude and got herself cussed out because who do you think you are? WHERE do you think you are? WORK. She literally works at the FRONT DESK (face of the company.. for some reason.) and is just disgusting.
So yeah don’t let mucinex man run you off! Everyone else is pretty great.

Where other practitioners had prescribed antibiotics for my stomach pain, Dr. Wagstaff took the time to listen to me. He didn't blow my symptoms off as something psychosomatic. He ordered 3 different types of imaging (which did not reveal the problem) So he referred me to a gastroenterologist. After endoscopy it was revealed I had a tumor (Which I had to have Whipple surgery for). He actually takes the time to listen to his patients. He is a very skilled and caring physician.

Front desk is super rude and seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Very snappy/semi aggressive responses to questions. However, Dave gets 5 stars. He is very kind and cordial. Greets with a handshake and a sincere “how are you doing today”. Front desk doesn’t even say hello but rather “I need DL and insurance”. Then told me they don’t take my insurance when they do.
