I stand by my review never come here fir help you will not get it. I can't stand going there the office is always way too hot way too crowded you have to sit in the room listening to the idiots in the Next Room talking and talking about stuff that doesn't even have anything to do with there medical condition and they won't shut up all the while you're in your room just freaking dying having to listen to the people people next door go on and on and on and they will not shut up and let him move on to the next person I had to get up and walk out because having to put up with that was only making my condition worse by adding frustration and anger to it and to be hung up on by the receptionist that's always a good one too yeah let me call and hang up on me that happens a lot I hate this doctor's office it's the worst I would never recommend anybody to come here at all ever

In these difficult times of our lives, it is important to celebrate and share good news. Dr. Grier is our new family physician. He is an exceptionally good doctor. Dr. Grier is extremely well informed about all areas of medicine and therefore addresses our concerns for our family’s health. He is kind and compassionate and listens carefully to each of us. His office staff is efficient and conscientious, polite, and caring. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Dr. Grier, because of a recommendation like this one at our place of employment. We would have to agree that he is indeed among the very best physicians in this region or any other that we have encountered.

I am so upset. My husband and I have been patients of Dr Grier's for several years now. Dr. Grier is not a bad doctor and I'm sad to have to leave such a poor review and that we will be having to change providers. Over the years there has been continual billing errors resulting in hours of phone calls with his office trying to clear things up. We have always paid what was owed but they continually apply our payments to other accounts and then accuse us of not paying. Today not only did they bump me from the schedule without letting me know but they also tried to get me to pay fees that are not due and have been paid by our insurance. They refused to see me without me paying and when I got home verified with our insurance that they have already been paid. Dr. Grief, please improve your support staff so your billing/accounting is accurate and that they handle situations such as occurred today more appropriately so that you don't lose patients. You lost two today.

Update - Dr. Grier's office reached out and resolved the billing issue. I was able to be seen by Dr. Grier and was pleased with my appointment. I have never had an issue with Dr. Grier himself, just billing errors. Dr. Grier is an attentive and caring physician, it is my hope moving forward that the billing issues will be resolved and that my husband and I can continue to see Dr. Grier, we like him.
