Dr. Baron has retired. Has had little to do with this office. It is run by a Jennifer Robert’s who is not a MD, but a PA. And is unsupervised. Her staff are rude and inappropriate . Ms. Robert’s made a dx (diagnosis) that was wrong. And her staff called me at home and said I was going to loose my insurance because I had fallen and sustained some injures while I was intoxicated. And was on medical, Which I was not (on medical or intoxicated.) I had suffered a mini stroke. Who allows their staff to accuse their clients and make diagnosis of which they are not liscensed to do.? Who does that? Ms. Robert’s and her staff. Don’t use this office or their “services” .

One of the better doctors in Fresno/Clovis. I suffer from a few chronic illnesses and she helps me manage my problems very respectfully and professionally. I basically see her once every month or two. I started seeing her three years ago and my expectations were not good to say the least as I’ve had a hard time being treated nicely by doctors due to having multiple ongoing problems and doctors having major attitude problems. The office staff is always helpful and respectful too. They’re very accommodating especially if you need to get in soon. Scheduling to see Dr. Baron herself is about a month out but they have DAs that can see you in a day or two tops. All in all Dr. Baron is great and I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

We have been going to Dr. Baron and her team for 35 years. Their office hours are very convenient and Dr. Baron has made life-saving diagnoses and treatments for my husband and me. She even attended a surgery for me, though she was not the surgeon. She is quick to refer to specialists when that is required and the specialists are very good. I have referred her many times.

Terrible clinic. The staff is not knowledgeable and incorrect information is always being given out. They had no idea what they had for me as far as records. Spoke to more than half a dozen individuals and each time I got a different answer. I needed my immunization records for school, was told they didn't have anything on file from two people. I went in and showed the medical assistant along with the physician what was needed and they requested I get "titers" with out ever explaining what they were. I assumed they were shots. Got to the lab and realize that titers just means that they draw your blood and check to see if the vaccine is still in your system! I could have told them that I never received the varicella if I had known! Today I called them several times. First someone told me I would have to go in and pay $30 just so the physican can tell me if the lab was negative or positive...and tell me if I need shots. Then she hung up before I was finished so then I called back and another person told me they had NO label results but now they HAD some copies of shots (HEP B) from 2011...which they requested back then and apparently sent me to the lab to draw blood to test for because they couldn't find it 2 days earlier? They had me calling to the lab and it was a back and forth conversation for majority of the day. Finally I demanded that they call the lab since the lab clearly states they faxed the results earlier and that they were not allowed to provide me with other information. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are not true physicians...as the previous reviewer states, they spend less than 5 minutes on you and do not listen to your concerns or symptoms at all..they just want their $$ and that's it.

DO NOT GO TO KATHLEEN BARON MD, SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH HER MEMORY. HER PARTNER WAS MY DR. AND I WENT TO MY APPT WITH HIM AND SHE SAID HE WASN'T THERE ANYMORE....SHE THEN TOOK HER ANGER OUT ON ME BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD AT HIM. SHE THEN DID NOT GIVE ME MY REFILLS FOR MY CANCER PAIN MEDICINE, MY HORMONES OR MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE. SHE IS A CRAZY HIPPI MD. THAT THINKS SHE IS GOD. SHE SENT A PAPER TELLING MY CANCER DR. THAT I SHOULD NOT TAKE MY MEDS, HE LAUGHED AT HER. THEN SHE CALLED MY HEART DR. AND CANCELLED MY APPT WITH HIM AND SO MUCH MORE.........STAY CLEAR OF THE CRAZY......

Great and helpful staff. All doctors here are wonderful. Always willing to find a good appt time for you and no long wait times. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.
