Dr. Vines, nurses, lab team, and office staff are amazing. There hasn't been a time with anyone at that location that hasn't been helpful, accommodating, professional, or have I seen or felt they are not putting patients' needs 1st. They celebrate your success, hitting goals, and remember the small things. Dr vines is very caring. Takes time to listen and explain points thoroughly with a lot of patience. I always leave her office with a feeling of “ I am in very safe hands”
Her nurse Ashely is wonderful not to mention the lab technician who is able to sport hidden veins like mine are.
In general from the front desk my interactions with the staff is always great

My doctor Ashley Walker was out and I had to get in that day. So they scheduled me an appointment with Dr Vines which was my first time meeting her. She is very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would diffently recommend either of these doctors.

Dr Vines was very kind to me. She explained all the lab tests I needed and then called me later with the lab results I appreciated her follow up call and she answered all of my questions.
