I was nervous when I got switched to a new doctor not knowing what it was going to be like having to get familiar with Dr. Jimenez. ….that feeling didn’t last long. My first visit was amazing for the first time I wasn’t nervous she made me feel at ease. One more add on her sense of humor is the best. I love my NÉW doctor ❤️

Staff really nice but Dr.J need a attitude change a course in bedside manners, she will not get anymore of my insurance. My first & last time to see her, no compassion for patient, and write those high medications.

Was pretty “meh” about her. She seemed ok. But when I needed refills it just didn’t happen. My pharmacy called to get a change of medication since there was a production issue and her office never called back. It’s been over a month without it. Terrible customer service.

Very rude. Prescribes the most expensive meds. I have insurance and scripts cost more for newer meds. I questioned why she couldn't prescribe something that comes in a generic she got defensive. She never once went went over keeping my blood pressure under control with the medication she prescribed. She just told me to get a blood pressure monitor but never told me where my blood pressure should be. I know I should have asked but in the moment it never occurred to me because my blood pressure was super high. Any time I've had questions I feel put off by her. Her nurse Amanda is amazing. Just Dr. Jimenez isn't.

Her office staff is fabulous, sweet as can be. Dr. J on the other hand, not so much. She is very curt, short & brushes off any medical concerns you have. Carries the type of mentality that she knows everything & her word goes rather than giving the patient peace of mind.

These folks are pretty good . They are real nice and listen to you first and figure out how to treat you properly. I like DR. J. Very well she will talk straight and understands that people that live around here have to work hard and need to be healthy enough for the daily chores of country life. They will get on to you if your late and have to change Appts. But they understand if you have to. More Doctors could really learn a thing or two on how to treat folks from these ladies.

Dr. J is fantastic, gets straight to the point. Dr's you want don't need you hold your hand, but to diagnose correctly and put you on the right medication. They don't owe you anything else.
