This place is simply amazing so helpful. Dr Jones is nothing but amazing she really knows her stuff. She made me feel so comfortable and like I can ask her or talk to her about anything. She is definitely the one to go to. I wouldn't see anybody else but her 🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Jones was my obgyn for my first pregnancy. She delivered my first baby boy on September 10, 2004. I was a high risk pregnancy with toxcimia and spent 2 weeks at Harris Hospital on strict bed rest. She was a great help to me and my family. I had just moved to Arkansas from Illinois and had no one to help me or for any emotional support. She was very informative and supportive emotionally and and physically with all the issues I was having. My son will be 17 this year and I still thank God everyday for her as my doctor because I don't feel he would be here today if it wasn't for her. Thank you Dr. Jones for everything.

So this story starts a year ago. I went to Karen Jones to get an IUD placed. I've never given birth before which should be known just because Karen let a medical student attempt to place the IUD. Which should never be done, especially on somebody who's never had a kid. The medical student tried twice, using two different iuds. For those who don't know getting an IUD is in excruciatingly painful experience. The medical students incompetence made it even worse. Karen Jones is a very cold woman and did nothing to try to make the experience better. After the second time the medical student couldn't get it in, Karen finally came in and tried to place the IUD herself. She was not able to because of how much pain they had caused me by this point. I almost passed out and I have a very high pain tolerance.

I'm choosing to write this review a year later because I just went in and had an IUD placed at a completely different gynecologist office and the experience could not have been more polar opposite. The doctor was welcoming and kind. And she got the IUD in on the first try, no issues whatsoever. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Medical students do have to practice which I understand. But they shouldn't have used me as their lab rat.

Moral of the story: GO TO SOMEONE ELSE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH HER.

Dr. Jones is a Godsend. Such a beautiful spirit I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She is professional and patient where as she takes the time to explain her diagnosis and answer any questions.
As far as the front office very rude women. I hope they get some training on dealing with the public. However Dr. Jones deserves all the greatest of accolades.

I would leave zero stars if I could but I cannot!! Dr. Jones was my doctor for my first pregnancy. At 31 weeks I went into preterm labor. I was diagnosed with Severe Preeclampsia, HELLP syndrome, Placental Abruption, and Intrauterine Fetal Demise! I was transferred to UAMS after being allowed to hemorrhage for 10 hours. UAMS informed me that my doctor had all of the proof that I had had Preeclampsia for 2 months or more but she did not diagnose it. I got my medical records and all of my blood pressures had been elevated since 22 weeks and there had been protein in my urine as well. My son died because of her negligence and I nearly died as well! Anyone who uses her as an OB needs to know that she is not nearly as attentive as they think she is.

Heavy set nurse is cold and unwelcoming. Passive-aggressive and rude. I waited an hour and a half to be seen and still wasn't seen even though there were no other patients in the other rooms when I was called to the back. I do like Dr.Jones, she is knowledgeable,straight to the point and professional. Due to her nurses I will be switching Drs

I absolutely love Dr Karen. But her office staff is always so rude. If I wasn't 33 weeks pregnant I would find a different obgyn. She's not the cause of it but the office staff and nurses that work there are the worst.
