I called this company twice, on two successive days, and had to leave a message both times. They may be out of business, as I did not get a call back from either Technical Support or Customer Service. As a home medical equipment company we can only serve our clients as well as we are served my the manufacturers. I will let Invacare know of this situation, as they recommended that I contact Kap.
