I stopped by this Kaiser today because I had to go do some lab analysis here. I came a little after 12pm but they weren't as busy. I found parking just fine on the second floor of the visitor parking. The parking is free here unless you go do the valet parking. My analysis was in building A on the 5th floor which was easy for me to find. The employee was nice and even let me do it an hour early since they weren't busy. I had to walk it down to the lab building and this is where I had to wait a little bit. I took a number from the machine and I was number 922. They were on number 915 so I think I only waited like 10 or 15 minutes.

Words cannot express how profoundly grateful I am for the care I received (and my family received) while here at Kaiser. While delivering, I felt blessed by the presence of guardian angels — Whitney and Tam were superheroes. Guiding and supporting me and my husband through the labor process. We felt validated, seen, and comforted in a way that went above and beyond our wildest dreams for the care we could expect during this time. We are new parents and were shocked at times by the unbelievable intensity of giving birth. But they were right there to do all they could to support us in any way possible. We are forever grateful for the tremendous care we received at Kaiser Woodland Hills.

We are so thankful for the outstanding care we received at Kaiser Woodland Hills during the birth of our baby. From beginning to end, the staff provided incredible support, professionalism, and compassion that made this a truly positive and memorable experience for our family.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Weiss, our primary OB, who was instrumental throughout the pregnancy. Her guidance, expertise, and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly leading up to the delivery. We are so grateful for all the legwork she did to prepare us for this special moment.

We would also like to express our deep appreciation to Dr. Hasti Poya, who performed the C-section with remarkable precision and care. Her calm demeanor and expertise reassured us during the procedure and made the entire experience seamless.

A big thank you to Sharon, the head of nurses in the operating room, for her exceptional leadership and kindness. She and her team created a calm and supportive environment, ensuring everything went perfectly.

We are also incredibly grateful to Jamie, the head of nurses in the postpartum unit, whose support and care during recovery were exceptional. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as new parents.

The facilities were immaculate, and the entire staff at Kaiser Woodland Hills worked together flawlessly to provide top-notch care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and feel so fortunate to have had our baby here.

Thank you to everyone at Kaiser Woodland Hills for your dedication and compassion. We highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking exceptional maternity care.

I was at awe with the services and care I received from the nurses and doctors. They were always coming to check on me and everyone went above and beyond for my care until my procedure and after my procedure until my discharge from Kaiser. I'm thankful for the Nurses and Doctors for taking care of me. Much appreciated

This review is about how horrendous the handicap parking is outside, right in front of the hospital.
One star.
If I can give them zero stars, I would.

What a horrific and atrocious waste of space. Someone on that design team wanted the parking lot to look pretty.. but not be functional?

Oh my god, people are there because of an emergency, or because of a doctor's appointment.
Who cares about having a 15 ft wide by 200 foot long planter box in the middle of the parking lot? That's at least 20 MORE cars that could have parked there.

And then don't even get me started on how the walkways take up room where they're not supposed to, but then where there is supposed to be a walkway, there isn't one.

Seriously Kaiser?!?!

I get it, maybe there is supposed to be a little bit of landscaping. Periodic tree here and there. But the fact that you're wasting Thousands of square feet of space that should be designated as parking spaces is just baffling.

You want to go one level higher of the lack of intelligence of Designing this parking lot in relation to the Drop Off area?

The drop off area, only allows for about five cars at a time to drop patients off in the direction of the medical offices. And everyone's appointment usually starts on the hour every hour. So how do you expect 50+ cars to drop off patients, when there's only room for five cars to do so?

In front of the emergency drop off, there's only space for about two cars, maybe three if you're lucky.

But if you look at an overhead map of the area, you'll see that directly east of the emergency room and medical offices, there's about a 20 ft wide cement section by at least 150 - 200 ft long where they could have set up an open area for emergency drop off, making it easier for people to just drop off and move forward.

You know, if you would just redo your entire parking lot right in front of the emergency room & medical offices, then you would have at least room for 30- 40 MORE cars to park there.

Inside the parking structure, there is a long walkway from the north to the south. The problem is that it is hidden from you. And no one wants to take the stairs or wait for an elevator to get to it.

Oh wait, I guess you can't expect people to walk right outside the parking structure, because there is no sidewalk there. Again, another 200 ft of planter boxes that don't need to be there. This is the place where you could have put another pedestrian walkway.
After parking their cars, people are walking where the cars are trying to go to the drop off area. Because they don't want to wait for an elevator to get to the floor where the walkway is inside the parking structure.

Do you understand that people don't want to walk where You want them to walk. They want the shortest quickest way from point A to point B, especially when they need to get back to the emergency room, medical offices, and back to the front of the hospital where they just spent a gross & excessive amount of time in a near war zone like environment trying to drop off the person that they had to drop off.

A recent thing, and yet one more level of stupidity is the whole idea of trying to put a farmer's market where people are trying to bring their loved ones to Medical offices, let alone dropping someone off in case of a medical emergency.

Thursday's there is a farmers market right at the front entrance to both the hospital and also to the medical offices. So now you're competing with people who are trying to go to the farmers market, while having to drop off someone for an emergency, or taking someone to a doctor's appointment.

WHY!? Why would you do that?

Put your Farmers Market at the furthest Northern end INSIDE the parking structure that nobody uses anyway, because it's too inaccessible, and too hard & too far to walk to get to the front of the hospital, the emergency room, and the medical offices.

Yes this review is a satire, and also sarcastic. But it is the brutal and blunt truth that Kaiser needs to take into consideration next time they decide to design something so simple as a parking lot.

This review is for the ER nurse Ellie. My mother went into the ER for a bad urine infection.

He kept me updated via telephone the entire time throughout the process.

Her caregiver said he was excellent, and kept her laughing throughout her stay with him.

She liked him so much she even let him give her the flu shot, which I’ve been trying to convince her to do for years.

I had eye surgery at the Woodland Hills Kaiser Hospital. Every single person who assisted was kind, compassionate, knowledgable and available. I want to give a shout out to Dr. Abedi, who is not only a remarkable surgeon, but a warm, kind, compassionate and talented soul. I felt cared for in the best way.
The recovery is going exceedingly well. Thank you all.

Fantastic, efficient, amazing people and place. I think they choose the best caregivers ever. Clean and neat. I had a very long day ahead of me and wondered, "should I have split this day in two. Two shots, a blood test and 3 clinics!" It was fine! I'll do the same next year. Thank you Kaiser Woodland Hills. Congratulations!
