Kaiser Permanente... I've had other insurance and KP is definitely the best. Clean facilities, plenty of staff, fast service. One of the best things is that you'll have access to your chart whenever you want (KP app is great).

Going to a different places for meds, labs, imagining was a pain.

Yahaira de phlebotomist was amazing. Im afraid of needles, so lab gets me very nervous she was very caring and genuine. She made this a smooth and great experience thank you yahaira. All the staff was friendly at this location 🙂

They have become ridiculous every time we have an appointment we seem to wait over and hour to get seen then the dr takes so long to come to the room even for something so simple.

I was in today for a check-up. Haven't been in for more than two years. I see KP has improved ALL their ways. They were efficient, over-communicated with me, and everyone at this West Covina location were very pleasant and friendly. Glad I came back.

West Covina Clinic is just down the street from my home. It’s convenient and the people receptionist's, nurses, pharmacy, lab work and doctors are always friendly. I been going at this facility since 2005. It’s small not like the hospitals they have more people. Clinics are less crowded.
