I met Dr. Chowdhury, MD for my initial visit. She greeted me warmly, and made me feel comfortable. She listened intently at my concerns, and was genuinely present as we spoke. My examination was thorough, and we discussed my medications.She included me, and wanted my input in future goals and solutions. She let me know she was committed to my care, and prevention of future health issues. Also, that she will utilize, all the services Kaiser has to offer. I could not have been more pleased, with this extraordinary service! I was valued, and appreciated as a patient. I’m 75yrs young, and you just don’t find this type of extraordinary patient care anymore.

Dr Goldsmith is very knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and thorough, and makes you feel quite at ease quickly. She explains what she sees and tells you what the best way to treat with. All in all, she is one of the doctors that I look forward to seeing her and have no qualms about it. Always a very pleasant experience.

I met Doctor Israel in optometry for the first time. She had patience to answer my questions. I liked the way she worked with me. I’ve already recommended her to my husband. Actually he sat in on my appointment and said he’d ask to see her when he needed to go back himself.

I completed a 12 week physical therapy program with Kaiser Permanente's Stacy Haller and I went from not walking due to ankle surgery to walking without a walker or cane and going up and down stairs. The mild swelling and numbness, I am told, will go away. Thanks very much for making my life normal again.

I’ve been waiting nearly two years for a colonoscopy due to certain risk factors, and I believe my age is a contributing factor to the delay. It feels like Kaiser doesn’t prioritize preventive care. Every time I visit the doctor, I bring this up, and while my doctor did reach out to the department, I received a dismissive email essentially saying I still have to wait. The lack of concern is truly disappointing. The only positive experience I had with Kaiser was my doctor, Nichole Arthur, but now that she’s gone, I feel completely stuck.

The doctor lied to me and told me he couldn’t order labs. I asked the podiatrist I saw the next day and she ordered it for me no problem. I have to pay for psychiatric care because you refuse to provide me with a psychiatrist. I have to pay for meds because you will not fill another providers prescriptions. I can’t wait to reach out to the department of managed health care, my local ombudsmen, my senators office, and any other advocates that can help. Shame on you Kaiser Permanente…
