Very quick service. I had no appointment and did a walk in. My number got called after 2 minutes of waiting. My blood was drawn at the same time of check in. The doctor phlebotomy was nice and friendly. He assured me he’s doing both lab and check in at the same time. I felt comfortable and at ease. I was out in 5 minutes. Super customer service. Thank you.

From the clinician who set up my appointment, to the text messages I received all along the way, to the advice nurse who answered my last minute questions, to the pharmacy who sent all of my prescriptions on time with adequate instructions, to the receptionist in Gastroenterology, to the nurses to the Doctor, EVERYONE gave me GREAT and CARING service. Not so thrilled with the test itself, but your staff did everything humanly possible to make it as pleasant a process as it could be. A++

He was great, enjoyed having him be my eye doctor. He examined my old prescription I received from American Best and compared it to the current one he ran at Kaiser and was able to diagnose why I have to take my glasses on and off to read the fine print when they are progressives. The care he took to find the solution provide a newer prescription and his interest in my care was awesome. This will help me tremendously because as a seminary student I am studying Hebrew Biblical Languages and the print is very small including the vowels (little symbols). Well with my current glasses I have to pull off and on to read the print which was annoying. Knowing the reason why I had to do that and the solution brought relief that I am receiving better care.

I’m very happy to be treated by the Doctors and Physicians Assistant here, my concerns were heard and I’m happy to say things are looking up for me. This office is very competent.

Excellent experience with Dr. Tzeng. He did a completely thorough evaluation of my situation and very patiently explained my options. He suggested that I at least try a newer CPAP mask to see if that would allow me to be more consistent with its use despite my resistance. He also discussed the efficacy of an oral appliance and its limitations so I could make an informed decision about my care. I highly recommend the sleep lab department and Dr. Tzeng in particular.

I just received a phone call from someone claiming to be from your hospital. He said the medical claim I submitted last month was unsuccessful and that I need to provide additional documents. But I’ve been living in New York this whole time and never filed any claim, so I believe it was a scam. However, the caller spoofed your hospital’s phone number. Just wanted to let you know so you can stay alert.

My experience was much better than I had expected. My care was excellent. Everyone was caring to my needs and the emergency doctors and staff were excellent even with the emergency conditions of all patients.
