I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Wong. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I feel she listens to my health concerns, gives me understandable answers and solutions, in an unhurried environment. Although I don't meet with her face-to-face very often, I feel she is readily available through video/phone chats and emails which fits my lifestyle.

The wait times here are significantly shorter than at Walnut Creek & Dublin (in my experience). My doctor here is kind, attentive, and far more accessible. If you make a lab appointment, your wait time is very short.

The employees are generally patient and welcoming, and my only bad experiences have been: A terribly long wait for a COVID booster (it was Day 1 of availability and I think they underestimated how much demand they’d have), and a very rude lab technician who snapped at me multiple times throughout my session.

I don’t know if it’s Kaiser SR’s fault or if it’s due to a complete lack of communication and information sharing within Kaiser as a whole, but what a nightmare. My wife needs x-rays, urgently. The doctor put in the order, we go to Kaiser on Friday morning, and what do ya know, their radiology dept. decided to close for a few days. We couldn’t get in elsewhere, so now on Saturday we were told that only urgent care could do x-rays. 6 hours later, my wife is still waiting. Yes, this is at a different Kaiser at this point, but had San Ramon radiology not decided to close without warning, we wouldn’t be stuck here. This makes their prior gaffe seem petty - when we were sent to Kaiser San Ramon for a blood test that they don’t even do at that facility. So, if you want to use the pharmacy here, go for it, otherwise they don’t seem to offer a lot of the basic services you’d expect they would, yet nobody within Kaiser seems to know what is, and isn’t, offered at this place. Hour 6 in urgent care is now coming up, thanks Kaiser.

I am always impressed with how quickly Kaiser responded to my email, scheduling my visit and the excellent and friendly Staff and my Doctor included. Excellent teamwork. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Dr Sun couldn’t be a better listener or more caring. I am very happy with her high level of care. The reception staff was attentive and sweet!! The vaccination staff was informative and skilled.

This was my annnual checkup and I was shocked when the doctor started the session saying “This is just a preventative consult” and that I have to schedule a separate appointment for any other questions. I don’t know if this just the policy or the doctor. I am posting my experience on our social network so that no one picks at least this doctor. I had specific questions and I understand that all detailed discussions/diagnostics cannot happen during this session - but lack of compassion/courtesy to even listen to my question was very disappointing. This is the FIRST time I ever felt in Kaiser - so I concluded it is the doctor! But doing a BP/weight check I find this meeting totally waste of my time (and money)

The appointment notification was excellent, wait time minimal and within a few minutes, and my physician allowed me time to ask my questions and provided good information. He also addressed my concerns.

When I think of reviews, I think about restaurants, hotels, home repair, etc. Didn’t think about reviewing Kaiser until they invited me to do one after a survey yesterday. Here goes.

My wife had Kaiser when we met and started a family so I switched from Blue Cross. That was 23 years ago and I have never regretted the choice. I could give glowing reviews of the birth of our children in RWC and 20+ years of doctor visits but I will review my experience this week.

I was due for an annual visit. I got persistent email and phone reminders. Finally saw Dr Noori in San Ramon on 9/10/24. She’s very personable, takes her time and is thorough. I had a pretty swollen toe on my right foot. She took pics, ordered antibiotics, X-rays and did a referral to podiatry. I took a bunch of blood tests and walked in for X-rays. All very quick and painless. I started antibiotics the evening of 9/10.

Got a call from podiatry to come in on Thursday but that was not a good day for me so I asked to delay til next week. About an hour later, got another call from Dr D in podiatry in WC. She pressed me to come in sooner so I cxld my Thursday plans and took a 1:30 appt in WC today. She explained that had I not seen Dr Noori on Tuesday, I likely would need to have that toe amputated in a few days. OMG!

The antibiotics are working, they removed the nail and callus and I’m on the road to recovery with a wound care follow up next week.

So appreciate the proactive approach to care, the communication between physicians, the prioritization of urgent issues and, throughout, calm, kind, professional and caring communication.

I like my toes so happy to have 10 still!
