I was actually in the hospital due to my cancer diagnosis and fighting multiple viruses. She was willing to do a FaceTime with my wife so I can get this appointment completed. My hearing aids have recently quite so this appointment was vital and she was accommodating to make it happen

This hospital deserves more than five stars. As a first time mother through c-section was a great experience. When they took me in the room to take my baby out I had a really bad headache at that moment and I was crying, they makes sure I was alright before they could continue with the c-section. Everyone was so caring. As a black woman it makes me happy to see Doctors and Nurses all care about me and my baby boy. I didn't regret one bit of the days I spend at this hospital. Eureka Kaiser Permanente in Roseville is a great place if you are pregnant or any other reason they are great at their job and very friendly.

Dr. Ruvalcaba took a thorough history, did a thorough examination, and provided his clear and thorough professional judgement confirming Dr.Alboiny's earlier preliminary diagnosis of (Benign) Essential Tremor.. Dr.Ruvalcaba clearly confirmed that this condition is not curable. He discussed 3 medical treatment options and their suitability (not at this time given my persistent low blood pressure). He described features of occupational therapy and I very gratefully accepted his offer of a referral to that department. I am excited and hopeful that occupational therapy will help me to help myself to improve my abilities to find ways to function better with this condition, particularly with writing, using my cell phone, typing, drawing, and eating. Dr. Ruvalcaba inspires confidence.

Edgar was very helpful from the beginning of my PT to the end. He understood that I am athletic and wanted to be able to keep being that way. I was worried about my neck being stiff and making clicking noises. With his guidance, he gave me exercises to have less soreness and stiffness and a lot less clicking sounds. It also improved my range of motion on my neck. I will continue with the exercises he gave me. Edgar also made it clear that I could call him if I had any future
concerns. From the beginning to the end, he relived my concern about my neck.

Dr. Yuan is an outstanding nephrologist. He is not only highly knowledgeable but he also instills confidence and calmness. He has outstanding communication skills and allows me to participate in decisions for my care. He is one of the best physicians that I've encountered.

My care was beyond excellent, beyond words I can write here! From the moment the ambulance pulled up to the ER I was taken care of by a professional staff that ensured my condition was quickly assessed and prepped me for surgery. I would have been so worse off if it were not for this entire team of medical professionals saving my life. Thank you!

My dad was taken to the Kaiser Roseville cardiology unit after suffering cardiac arrest and spent a week in the ICU. During that time, he underwent an angiogram that revealed he would need open heart surgery. Because Kaiser is not covered by his insurance, we were told he would need to be transferred elsewhere for the procedure.

Unfortunately, our experience with the patient care coordinator, Sharon Kehler, was extremely frustrating. She told us we had no choice but to accept the first available bed at any Sutter facility within 100 miles—regardless of location or the burden it would place on our family. She had no information about my dad’s condition and falsely claimed that Kaiser was unaware of his insurance situation. This was simply not true—we had been upfront about it from the beginning because it was a major concern for us. We were also told that if my dad had Kaiser insurance, the open heart surgery would have already been performed. It was deeply upsetting to realize that his care was being delayed due to insurance barriers.

When we asked for time to discuss things as a family and gather more information, Sharon warned us that we could lose the next available bed if we didn’t decide immediately. Her tone was aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion—especially considering how overwhelmed and afraid we were. It was not the kind of support anyone should receive during such a critical moment.

In stark contrast, Dr. Singh was exceptional. My dad was experiencing short-term memory loss due to sedation, and we had so many questions about his condition and next steps. Dr. Singh personally checked in with us multiple times, patiently answering every question and providing reassurance. His kindness, empathy, and willingness to go out of his way brought us an incredible amount of comfort. He provided the clarity and care that we had hoped to receive from the patient care coordinator.

We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the ICU West nursing staff. Kristen, Nancy, and Meg were especially outstanding. They were compassionate, attentive, and clearly understood how traumatic this experience was for our family. Not only did they provide excellent care to my dad, but they also advocated for him and escalated the transfer issue to help speed up the process. Their support made a meaningful difference in both his care and our ability to cope.

We will never forget the kindness and dedication shown by Dr. Singh and the incredible ICU West nurses. They went above and beyond for our family during one of the hardest times in our lives, and we are forever grateful for the compassion, care, and professionalism they provided.

Despite it being Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, I call the appointment office to arrange a call with a doctor. At 2:30pm Dr Mendez called as planned. After reviewing my issue, he suggested I come. I drove to the Roseville KP center and immediately. Upon arrival I was directed to radiology. I was received immediately, x-rayed my left knee , and sent to Dr.Mendez's office where quickly identified my painful knee issue as a bursa. His very informative diagnostic skill and remedy suggestions were greatly appreciated!
Thank you KP team!!!
