First time visit. Md was engaging, asked questions and sent me for labs and pharmacy and mammography.
I’m looking forward to having Dr Gavin look after my medical needs. I love Rohnert Park facility.

I requested being on a cancellation list to get an earlier appointment, with the PT of my choice for severe unremitting pain from what is likely nerve impingement in my neck. Received an automated email, which allowed me to choose an appointment that same day easily from my phone. Brian was on time and provided his opinion regarding what the likely cause of my symptoms were, including information explaining that opinion, and other possibilities. He then demonstrated a recommended home program, printed materials, and provided links to the medbridge online PT program as part of my Kaiser Permanente benefits. He provided options for follow up. He involved me in all decisions. I would say that was a perfect PT appointment in my opinion.

Doctor Zunairah Sardar Sayed listened well and provided answers before I even asked the question. Great diagnostician! I walked out of the office in quick time with specialty referral, additional info re cosmetic procedures, labs, X-ray and prescriptions. Within one hour I had my doc appt, labs, X-rays completed!! And she smiled!!
