Dr. Everett always take the time to discuss my medical issue thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable of his expertise. He is compassionate and sincere and really care of your wellness. Dr Rayo was so nice! This was my first time being seen at Kaiser, so she took the extra time to give me a very thorough exam. She answered all my questions and referred me to the ophthalmology department for a cataract consultation. 5 stars!

Dr Simon (Women’s Health) is always friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable and professional- everything one wants in medical care. She takes a personal interest and is sensitive dealing with my mom’s short term memory issues so I know my mom is in good hands with her.

I've been a member of K-P for over 40 years. I've had a few doctors and have had varying degrees of satisfaction with them. Dr. Hans is the best. Communication is very clear and two way. He listens as well as speaks. With the welcome change in policy where he doesn't see so many patients outside his enrollment, waits won't be as long for this gem of a personal physician.

I was seen less than 5 minutes after I arrived in the waiting room, which was actually earlier than my appointment time. Dr. Salvador was attentive and applied a treatment that worked.

The doctor needs to listen to the patient more passionately. He should not behave like a robot. After 4-and-a-half months of my surgery, I am still suffering a lot from pain and complications, but the doctor keeps doing the same thing. He has neither a good hand for surgery nor a good ear for listening. He has made my life miserable. It was my biggest mistake to have my nasal surgery done by him. I regret, and don't recommend anyone to go to Kaiser for surgery. I have already submitted a grievance. Kaiser should take my case seriously to improve its quality.

I don't want to give the doc a low#, she was great but I remember nothing after sedation. I'm yet to get the results. It took OVER A MONTH to get an appointment. Update: Results are now 10-14 days before I will know. Same with eye exam, the eye problem is gone now it took so long. I'm disappointed with Kaiser, I switched from Aetna...I regret it. Customer services take a very long time to answer, then it goes to Phillipines, had problem with website log in initially...glad I'm overall healthy... I don't feel compelled to recommend..Medicare in general is challenging.

I had an unexpected infection, write my ob gyn about it, and got help the next day! The nurse who called me and the doctor I saw were wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, warm.
