When we run into awesome customer service it should be recognized. Today was the first day of employment for the pleasant front desk clerk in the optometry office. She signed me in for my appointment with grace and professionalism. Very proud of you and welcome to the KP team.

If i could give negative, I would. They decided ect was the last and best treatment for me. Now i have brain damage and severe amnesia. I wish I never trusted them. I will never be the same, ever. Shame on you kaiser. Your a disgrace. And don't even try to file a grievance, it makes zero difference and you won't be heard, ever. Disgusting.

I had the displeasure of having Gabrielle Gardner as a therapist, avoid her at all costs, she screwed up on her notes and refuses to acknowledge or change the mistake she made on some serious subject matter, she made me feel way worse and has pushed me away from ever seeking help under Kaiser again. She weaponized things I told her against me. This is why people are too afraid to open up. I feel like I need therapy alone to handle what this facility has put me through, the irony in that is ridiculous. This facility discriminates, and are very judgmental. These people are horrible and will push pills and groups on you continuously. Please find help somewhere else, you will regret ever coming here, they made me worse and have pushed even further over the edge when I was already barely hanging on.

I had heard from others about how lackluster Kaiser's mental health support can be, but wow. 6 months ago I ended up here for outpatient therapy and yikes, it's pretty bad. They only want to stick you in groups. They kept bouncing me around to different therapists and social workers. Eventually I just stopped going and nobody really noticed. I still struggle a lot but it doesn't even seem worth it to try Kaiser again, it's just a waste of money. Hopefully others have better results but judging by the other reviews it seems unlikely

My sister begged for help from Kasier, BEGGED, and they turned their heads the other direction because she wasn’t “depressed enough”. She ended up committing suicide 6 months after she attempted to get help from Kasier. Kasier has her blood and their hands!

This facility is crucial for Kaiser for leading patients in the right direction in life. They have Leaders, Doctors, or Diagnosticians that are not willing to help patients and not willing to listen them. What makes them a Medical Professional in the first place? If these so called medical professionals aren't held accountable for their actions then they use are power to abuse the system and abuse patients right under their nose and get away with it. Kaiser uses words "family, professionalism, safe, care, mental health, safety, and respect" but it's just false words to lure people in to make them feel welcome. Make them feel heard yet their mental health professionals wait times, co pays and insurance fees, medication for something that won't help, a care plan but letting the care teams giving a false diagnosis get in the amidst of it all and let it derail that plan. Kaiser did a bad job certain people and will always protect bad professionals. Leaving the patients without a voice stranded and suffering. Do not go to this facility. It is a trap. "Welcome"

I had a telephone appointment with my psychiatrist. For years she has pushed a mild medication for bi polar . I am not bipolar and it doesn't work. Her solution to my depression is to give me more of this medicine. Also for depression she wants to add welbutrin. A weak antidepressant that causes me extreme irritability. She refuses to listen to me and ignores the fact I have taken almost every antidepressant in the last 30 years and I know myself inside and out. It just so happens both these meds are cheap and have been around forever. I started to push back heavily when she tried to double down on her bad info and she hung up on me.She did not refer me to anyone else she just hung up in the middle of the appointment. This is abandonment and extremely unprofessional. I haved filed complaints. I am having suicidal ideation and my Kaiser psychiatrist hangs up on me. Unbelievable.

Worst mental health facility ever, if you are severely mentally ill and have trust issues, they will make you worse. I regretted coming here and going through 2 horrible therapists, one of which betrayed my trust, the other who I recently filed a grievance on for faking a session in his notes, I missed his call for a session because I wasn't well enough to answer and in the notes he made it look like we had a session that never even happened to make himself look good. I cannot stress enough if your reading this to please stay away from these people for help, your life is in your own hands and I promise you as time goes on you will get stronger, you will get through this, you will get through whatever you're going through. Hang in there, don't give up, you got this.
