This maternity hospital is simply out of this world! I gave birth here, and I can honestly say — this was more than just medical care; it was a true mission of kindness, professionalism, and humanity. The entire staff felt like a team of superheroes: calm, confident, attentive, with a great sense of humor and warmth in their hearts.

Special thanks to Nurse Irena and Nurse Flo — who were there every step of the way. Their support, care, and encouragement made all the difference. And to my incredible doctor, Lauren C.N.M. — you are a true force of nature. In the toughest moments, your steady presence, calm voice, and confidence gave me the strength I didn’t even know I had.

The birth went smoothly, like a Swiss watch, and yet it was filled with such care that it felt like home. Everything was under control, comfort was top-notch, and no detail was overlooked.

I walked out of this maternity hospital not just with a baby, but with the feeling that I had been among people who truly love their work and care deeply about their patients. Thank you for giving me a new life — in every sense!

I have no issues with scheduling appointments before until couple of months ago. I had an appointment with the optometry at this location and had my appointment canceled to reschedule 3 times. You can’t even schedule an appointment for at least a month for it to be canceled within a day notice or couple of hours. I had to reschedule my appointment at a different location to avoid another cancellation by their schedule system.

The new check in procedure is very frustrating. There is no longer individual floor check in for the department that you need. It is all done on the first floor, which is located at the left side of the building, not towards the center near the elevators.
When you get to the correct floor, there is no longer anyone behind the desk to help should you need it. I think this arrangement is not well thought out

I’ve been with Kaiser for 25+ years. I have 2 boys who have been Kaiser since they were born (5 & 9 this year). This location lacks professionalism across the board. Poor customer service and absolutely no empathy for patients who wait weeks for scheduled appointments. This from individuals in healthcare speaks VOLUMES. @kaiser where are we drawing the line on the hiring front? Our fellow people are working hard to maintain their health and are seeking refuge in our medical system. They deserve to be treated dignity and respect. Stop watering down the healthcare system and customer service by employing individuals who lack empathy and kindness on your front lines.

Kaiser hospital is just terrible and awful. I pay over 3k per month for services which are non existent. I've been with them 4 years, and they just get worse and worse. I've been asking for a simple baseline Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) at my routine checkups the whole time I was with them only to get "you don't need it". Well what are annual routine labs if there's no BMP? I've changed my PCP at least 5 times in the 4 years and haven't found one who would care to listen or provide even acceptable care.
I had COVID symptoms a while back and when I tried to get tested, Kaiser said the next available testing day was 2 weeks out! Symptoms usually resolve within a week! Just ridiculous!
Tried to schedule an appointment for ear pain and there are no available appointments in the next 30 days or even months! Called the online scheduling department and they couldn't find an available appointment either. Got transferred to the advice nurse who just asked some basic questions, provided zero advice and said there are no in-person appointments available, to try to schedule a telephone appointment! Even the nurse couldn't schedule an appointment, but even then I'm sure someone needs to physically look into the ear to diagnose the problem. Is this insane or what?!?! What are we paying so much money for if we can't even be seen by a doctor when we have an urgent medical problem? If you can avoid Kaiser at any costs, do it for your sanity and your health. I'm sure anywhere else would provide much better service and care!

They changed the way the lab works… you now take a number from a machine and there is no desk… if you have an appointment, it doesn’t matter. I made an appointment for 12:20 and wasn’t seen until 12:40… they need to change it back. One of many bad decisions Kaiser has implemented. Essentially, it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment anymore.

Kaiser is the worst hospital in existence. They referred me out for services, when I called the rep said my copay was 20, I call the clinc I am referred to they inform me my copay is 20 dollars, I got get treatment and receive a bill for 900. After calling to fight on the bill, I am told I had a deductible, then my copay is 20, and there is no mention of that at either place I called. I file an appeal with kaiser, and they deny it suddenly. All records of my calls are gone. I file for financial assistance, and I don't qualify. I am then refused medication from kaiser unless I continue to visit, which cost an additional 400 each visit, I tell them I can't afford it, and they shrug their shoulders.

My doctor is constantly out of the office, I am never seen in person, and medication is taken away unless I can afford extreme bills. Kaiser should be utterly ashamed. At this point, I guess I pay for medical to not receive help. Kaiser is the worst medical company I have ever worked with.
