Dr yee was very considerate of my condition and stated she had reviewed my files before she walked into the room. We went over my meds and she decided to change a couple to jump start my breathing better.. the best thing it worked with 36 hrs I have started not gasping for breath . Having a provider who truly listens to patients is far more important than merely presenting a friendly face with smiles and handshakes. Patients understand their bodies and experiences, and providers who prioritize patient care can deliver better outcomes.

In my experience, the doctor I visited acknowledged what I had to say but didn’t genuinely listen. Despite being aware of my familiarity with the issue I presented, she dismissed my concerns, believing my approach was too drastic, regardless of its proven effectiveness. Instead, she recommended a more conservative alternative that I was uncomfortable with.

After taking an hour off work and paying $10 for the visit, I left without the results I was seeking. I am very disappointed with my experience as a patient.

This entire experience has gone very well. From the booking, to the reception, to the eye measurements, and Dr. Vahed who checked for glaucoma and especially my doctor, Dr. Dossetor, who is always a delight. Both doctors spent enough time with me making sure I had all the information I needed and confidence to make decisions. Excellent!
