I went in to get blood work done for my annual checkup. And I don’t do well with blood work at all! But Christina G was amazing. She was completely understanding, encouraging, and supportive. She was also quick and smooth. It was over before I knew it. I’m requesting her next time I go in for sure!

Being an old geezer, one needs to be rebuilt from time to time. I go into the Kaiser offices in Palm Desert often for tuneups, blood tests, and vaccinations. Just so you know folks, vaccinations are really good. Cristina G, the phlebotomist, is so sweet, I’ve encountered her a few times and it’s hardening to have such a lovely person Draw blood when it’s kind of an unpleasant experience at times. She’s the best.

I have had Kaiser for 45 years. Five children some birthed under coverage and all until 25 years. Every visit, every, medical staff, every hospital visit and every med was unbeliebly and incredibly comfortable, friendly and led to health! Up even til March 17, 2025 with how they handled my husband's heart attack. Kaiser doctors visited him in a contracted hospital and interacted in his medical care. I have great confidence in Kaiser Permanente Senior Care now!

My Labs technician, Christina, went above and beyond her duties, I was having a very bad day with my health, I was weak and sick. Christina asked questions and found out I was not doing the right blood work for the procedure I had scheduled. She helped me in my weakness and got everything worked out for me. I'm so grateful to her it could have turned out with another trip back to have the right Labs done and delayed my procedure. Thank you Kaiser of Plam Desert for having a Lab technician like Christina G.
