Ms. Chung is the most unprofessional member of the medical field I have ever encountered in all my years with Kaiser or any other health care organization.

I was not told that I would not be able to get a cortisone shot until I arrived at Kaiser. I found out that I needed an X-ray. I can assure you she never looked at my chart prior to my being seen in the exam room. Perhaps someone should have told me you need an X-ray prior to your shot. This has never been the protocal previously. She also could have said go get your X-ray, then come right back we can review then give you your shot. She didn't exam my knee, offer suggestions on how to deal with the pain or anything else. I told her it was a waste of my time to which she replied twice as I was walking out the door shouting a waste of time , not once but twice. My fiance was with me, so I have a witnessed.

I will be filing a formal grievance with Kaiser as well as the American Medical Association. A person of her caliber should not be licensed to practice medicine in United States.

Very professional and responsive care. Dr Ozoa and staff did a good job. Too early to tell the full effects of the injections. He listens and I feel is truly caring.

Dr. Mates was forthright regarding my skin problem on my neck and took appropriate action explaining the procedure and fact that she would be sending the biopsy to the lab for further diagnosis. She also addressed a boil that had erupted recently and took a culture to determine the type of bacteria or virus that had caused it. She always takes time to explain each procedure and is always professional in her care of me. I would recommend her to all my acquaintances.
