Experience with Kaiser has not been very good. I am an overweight woman over 60, for several years I have complained about horrible pain in my feet and my legs, at one point I had a clot in my leg and the doctor acted like I was faking it, it took another hospital that I went to to tell me that there is a clot. As a matter of fact every time I go to the doctor I feel like the doctors think I'm faking the pain that I've just making this up after several years you would think they would catch on that I would not be lying. However they sure could charge a $1,700 for no help at all. I am not happy and I'm very much in pain.

My 1st visit here was about a month ago maybe and I'm hooked!!! It's so pretty. I will go around the other side on the next visit and take more pictures. You can literally sit there and feel like you're at a 5 star resort- all they need is a pool😁😁. I'm not a patient but my boyfriend/fiance is. I love going here....

BEAUTIFUL BUILD so clean and neat. We love taking pictures in here. My daughter recently received contact lenses and anywhere you sit is a photo opportunity spot. She’s happy with the entire process it took to get her contact lenses. Such a pleasant building to be in. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I also brought my infant and toddler to their pediatric appointment. Love the staff attending my baby’s. Looking forward to my son vision screening. Thank you so much for making this a safe, neat and clean space for me and my children. Oh how I wish you can open another building with an urgent care service. Wishfully and hopefully 🤞

AJ and Sergio had a lil boy in a wheelchair, he was physically challenged. They both worked together, and made it a great experience . Mom left happy, and I was happy to see them work together as a team and take their time and showed patience.

Careful with having your blood drawn, they don't care I'd you faint and don't offer a place to lay down. Some of the chairs they use to draw your blood have no arm rests yet if you faint and fall off your chair you will be blamed for not bringing someone instead of a multi million dollar company providing the correct rest areas. They do not follow the rules from phlebotomy school. Even Lab Corp will ask you if you want to lay down even if you bring someone with you. Not everyone can bring people with them, sometimes family is too busy for you and patients shouldn't be blamed for not being provided proper care.

Today, I had an horrible experience at this location. Dr. Jose Magana does not care about his patients. He is a pathetic excuse for a doctor. Had the audacity to send your nurse out and say I refuse to see her because your nurse came out there and called me multiple times which was a damn lie. Fontana Kaiser doctors treat their patient better and actually care about them. I will be having him removed as my primary doctor. You don’t even deserve one star. Beware of this location. Thanks to the ladies that did try to fix the issue.

Took my mom to Kaiser in Hesperia today. The staff was polite and the service and wait times were very quick. Special thanks to the Physical Therapist Taylor. You were very helpful with my mom today and I really appreciated you positive and personable attitude. The entire experience was very enjoyable given the situation. Thank you to the entire staff from Physical Therapy, Lab, and Pharmacy. You were all excellent today!!
