I'm giving 5 stars review because of the incredible work of Doctors, nurses and amazing staff! Yes the wait time is awful and restrooms in the waiting area were horrendous! The ER should be more sanitized with the floor looking dirty. Unfortunately I had to go there 3 times and I would hope that things would improve but not. I did get the upmost care and also at Urgent care. Everyone there also very caring. Please with all the money that Kaiser makes can someone please be a little more thoughtful with cleaning the restrooms? Urgent care restrooms we're very clean.

Nursing staff were very attentive and had a wonderful attitude all throughout my stay, regardless of what time it was when I needed assistance. Also the housekeeper was so sweet, checking to see if I needed anything when she first saw me to when she was leaving for the day. The physicians and interns were doing a wonderful job covering all the areas of possibilities when it came to my care. I would like to Thank All personnel involved in getting me back up on my feet. All the work you do matters, I am a proud member of Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Thank you for a positive experience.

My mom is 79 years old with colon cancer. Today she was scheduled for surgery. We were given a time to arrive at 1145. Early in the morning that was changed to 1230. An hour later it was changed to 1130. So we arrive at 1130 and they take my mom back at noon. It’s now 730pm and my mom hasn’t eaten, or been checked on at all. She’s received no care and if I didn’t ask why she’s been neglected no one would have spoken to us. This is the worst treatment I’ve ever received at a hospital! They are condescending and rude here. 8hrs of waiting and still no surgery. Healthcare doesn’t care at all but they sure do make a ton of money without having to do a good job.

The staff was caring & helpful. Only drawback was being on a gurney in the hallway next to the nurses station distributing 2 bags of blood. I was left there for most of the day. I kept asking for water since I was thirsty. Nurse kept getting side tracked , she was so busy. I finally got a room after my endoscopy.

Discharge was immediately and I barely had time to find a ride home since I lived almost an hour away. I couldn’t drive myself home because I was still medicated from the endoscopy. I felt very rushed out of my room.

The staff is attentive. The nurses are our heroes. They took care of everything all of the time. As a thank you for their service we left them treats for their break room for everyone. The most demanding job on the planet and yet they still love to help people.

The wait time is ridiculous for an ER. Exceeds 5 hours. We had vitals done on an infant 2xs because we were there so long . NURSE RN ENEYKA (spelling might be off ) is lacking empathy and bedside manner for this job. After being asked how long the continued wait time would be her answer said it was unknown, when asked when the pediatric doctor would see the baby I was told not today since they left at 12am . When I asked who would see the baby she said someone in the back would . I advised her nurses had already seen the baby we needed a doctor a pediatrician she said a doctor would see him. When I asked when she said when they have time. After being in the waiting room for 4.5 hours “when they have time” is not what we need to hear. People throwing up in the chairs , babies crying . People in wheelchairs in the waiting room for hours . Elderly people sleeping in chairs. Our infant in the mix and “when they have time” is the response this lady give us. I tell her that’s not a good response for people waiting 4 hours for a doctor with an infant and her response is “I’m sorry you feel like that “ don’t be rude RN Kaiser nurse , don’t be rude !!!

The Nurses are amazing. They were responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. May stay in room 620, after being admitted from ER last week was a blessing. They took care of me and got my situation under control, especially pain management.
