I'm 75 years old, and I have belonged to Kaiser for the greater part of my life, even as a child. I have always sung the praises of Kaiser. I get quick service, my questions answered, my medication's ordered, my visit with my doctor and specialists, everything, one-stop shopping. I love it! Kaiser gave me a life-saving gastric bypass 20 years ago. I weighed 276. I now weigh 155. Soooo grateful. Specifically, I have had the pleasure of going to Dr. Robyn Westlake for many years now. She is the quintessential doctor. I love her, and so did my deceased husband. Dr. W listens to me, encourages me, and truly cares about me. I can't praise her enough. Three times in my life I have needed to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. I was treated with the utmost respect and tenderness and care each time. I could go on and on. I love that I can get $70 a month in free over-the-counter medical needs. During open enrollment every year I urge any of my friends who don't have Kaiser to switch over. I feel like I should go on TV and do an advertisement about how wonderful Kaiser is. 😊 Keep up the good work, everybody. And I mean everybody, from the people working in the pharmacy to the receptionists to the technicians to the lab people, to the maintenance workers, everybody treats me with a smile and respect. It's unbelievable in today's world. Thank you, thank you and hats off to everybody there!

Dr Wong is very thorough, caring and a great communicator. He took the time to explain every aspect of the tests and showed the results right on the screen. The best eye exam I ever had at Kaiser.

I felt heard by Doctor Hastings and he had already read my file before the appointment. It is so frustrating to meet a new doctor who does not seem to have read your file or talks over you in the appointment. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, I denied the procedure at this appointment, previously scheduled by another doctor, as I was not fully informed. Doctor Hastings did not pressure me to do the procedure, he went into depth explaining the necessity of the procedure and gave me several options. I left the appointment with confidence in a plan for my health and reassurance from Doctor Hastings and his nurse. It was a great experience!

Dr. Axe and staff were quick to treat my eye condition. Dr. Axe was attentive and thorough. He asked me a couple times if I had any questions and understood the plan before walking away. He explained everything in detail despite how busy it was at the office that day. He made sure to give me his undivided attention.

Dr. Stockslager's bedside manner is outstanding. He makes me feel comfortable, even when he’s performing sensitive and risky eye procedures. But his most endearing characteristic is that he remembered me after not having an appointment in nearly four years. Could it be that I was a challenging patient?🤣🤣

Love Kaiser. Went to united health so I can get a discount at Lifetime. I disliked service and glad to be back to KP. Ready to schedule appointment. Well organized, everything in house vs other health care where your running around and hard to find a primary care
